Callie Brennan trained Rachael Dixon on search, page building and user admin on 24 Mar 2025. Rachael was keen to get the team using the brain. Starter's fifteen included users leave headroom; no commercial issue raised.

What happened: Callie walked Rachael through search across Salesforce and call recordings, building a 'Renewals and claims by client' page, and managing users. Rachael called the page building quite straightforward.

Customer view: Rachael opened by saying they were keen to get the team using the brain. She raised no concerns, and asked only whether more users could be added later.

Commercial: Callie confirmed Starter includes fifteen users and said there was headroom, so an upgrade was not needed for now. Only Abbie as an admin and Rachael as a user were shown.

Watch: Callie described this as the main training, with a written setup guide to follow. Adoption depends on Rachael and Abbie, so the account rests on two people.

Hi Rachael, thanks for joining. How's your week been?
  2. Rachael Dixon
    Rachael Dixon
Not too bad, busy as usual. But I'm looking forward to this, we're keen to actually get the team using the brain.
  3. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Brilliant. Okay, so what I've got planned for the next hour is we'll go through the search function, then I'll show you how to build a simple page, so that's how you can get your team looking at renewals and claims together, and then we'll go through how to manage users and admin settings. Sound good?
  4. Rachael Dixon
    Rachael Dixon
    That all sounds useful.
  5. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Right, so let me share my screen. Can you see the dashboard?
  6. Rachael Dixon
    Rachael Dixon
    Yes, I've got it.
  7. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Okay, so this is the home view. What you're seeing here is your brain: it's connected to your Salesforce data, your call recordings, your emails. So when you ask a question, it's searching across all of that. Let me show you. I'm going to ask something simple first. So I'll type 'claims this month'. And we can see it's coming back with records from Salesforce and the call recorder. That's how it maps cleanly, the same client reference number across both systems. The brain knows they're the same thing.
  8. Rachael Dixon
    Rachael Dixon
Okay, I see. So it's pulling from both at once?
  9. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Exactly. And you can refine using the filters on the left: so date range, client type, whatever you want. Now, what I want to show you is how to build a page so your team doesn't have to remember the exact phrasing. We'll create one called 'Renewals and claims by client'. Before we switch on the refresh, I want to make sure you can do this yourself. So watch what I'm doing. I'm clicking 'New page'. Now I give it a name, and then I add blocks. Each block is a table or a chart showing you a question. So the first one, I'll call it 'Active clients renewing next month'. And I'll write the question: something like 'Show me clients where the renewal date is next month, with their last claim, grouped by type'.
  10. Rachael Dixon
    Rachael Dixon
    That's quite straightforward, actually.
  11. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
It is, once you get the pattern. The brain is pretty good at understanding what you mean. So if you write something a bit rough...'clients renewing soon with recent claims', it'll usually figure it out. Once you've built this page, the team can just visit it every morning and they've got what they need. No more digging through Salesforce and the call log separately.
  12. Rachael Dixon
    Rachael Dixon
Right, so that's the power of it really.
  13. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Absolutely. Okay, now let me show you the user management. So you're on Starter, which means you've got up to fifteen users included. You can see here: you've got Abbie as an admin, and you as a user. If you want to add someone else: say one of your advisors: you'd click 'Invite user', type their email, and give them either admin access or regular user access. Admins can build pages and manage users. Regular users can just ask questions and view pages.
  14. Rachael Dixon
    Rachael Dixon
And if we wanted to add more users later?
  15. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Good question. Right now you've got fifteen included. If you wanted to go beyond that, we'd talk about upgrading. But you've got headroom, so don't worry about that for now. Last thing, I want to show you where to log a question with us. If you spot something that's not working, or something that seems wrong in the data, there's a 'Help' button in the bottom right. That'll send a ticket to us and we'll get back to you in the next business day.
  16. Rachael Dixon
    Rachael Dixon
Perfect. And do you have any other training lined up, or is this it?
  17. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
This is the main one. Once you've had a couple of weeks to try things out, if the team has questions, just get in touch and we can have a short call. But honestly, the best way to learn is to build a page or two and play around. And that's, that's what leaves you in control, right? You're not reliant on us for every little thing.
  18. Rachael Dixon
    Rachael Dixon
    That makes sense.
  19. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Great. So just to recap: you know how to search, you know how to build a page, you know how to manage users. The one thing I'll send over after this is a written setup guide. Keep that handy. And if you hit any snags, just log a ticket. Thanks, Callie.
