What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Priya Raman took Anita Mistry through the Starter proposal on 5 Mar 2024: £6,000 implementation, £20k a year. The quoted first-year total of £24k does not match those parts. Sign-off sits with Clive and Tina.
What happened: Priya Raman walked Anita Mistry through the Starter proposal on 5 Mar 2024. Anita asked about scope, implementation issues and support, then said the call was clear.
Commercial: Priya quoted £6,000 implementation and £20k a year, but a first-year total of £24k. That total does not match the two parts quoted in the same call, so the proposal paper needs checking before it goes further.
Customer view: Anita accepted the Starter response time of four business hours and raised no objection on price or scope.
Watch: Anita is not the signatory. The next step is Clive and Tina, and the evidence does not show their roles or whether either has seen the proposal.

Transcript
- Priya RamanHi Anita, thanks for picking up. I'm sending you the proposal right now, should be in your inbox in a second.
- Anita MistryGreat, let me pull it up.
- Priya RamanSo, to recap: you're on Starter tier, which gives you 15 users, four connectors. Implementation is four weeks, and then you move to the annual subscription. So the total first-year investment is £23,550, which includes the implementation and the first year of subscription.
- Anita MistryOkay, so that breaks down as?
- Priya RamanSo, implementation is £6,000. That's us doing the connectors, the initial setup, making sure everything's live and working. Then your subscription is £19,500 per year, so that's what renews each year after that.
- Anita MistryRight. And what's included in those four weeks?
- Priya RamanSo, we'll set up connectors to your helpdesk, CRM, and finance system. We'll do the initial data load, test everything end to end, and we'll run a brief training session with your team. You'll have a named contact from our side, a solutions engineer, who's running the whole thing.
- Anita MistryOkay. And if we hit any issues during implementation?
- Priya RamanWe have a commitment to get connectors live within four weeks. If there's a blocker, say your helpdesk makes a change mid-setup, we work with you and your IT team to unblock it. That's built in.
- Anita MistryGood. And once it's live, what does ongoing support look like?
- Priya RamanSo, on Starter, you get a regular check-in every six months. You've got the dashboards, search, chat, all the core features. If you have questions or issues, you log a ticket and we respond within four business hours.
- Anita MistryFour hours is fine. So the next step is getting this in front of Clive and Tina, I assume?
- Priya RamanExactly. If you're happy with it, I'd want to get Clive on a call: maybe next week: walk him through the business case, get his sign-off, and then we can start the order form process.
- Anita MistryOkay, I'll chat with him and get back to you.
- Priya RamanPerfect. I'll send you a couple of times for next week and you can find a slot. Anything else you want to run through?
- Anita MistryNo, I think this is clear.
- Priya RamanBrilliant, cheers Anita.
