What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Proposal call for the Growth tier. Allison Pereira is positive, needs leadership and legal sign-off, and wants go-live before open enrollment. The 12 May 2026 target was agreed; no go-live date can be given before signing.
What happened: Jordan Pike walked Allison Pereira through the Growth proposal at £62k, implementation included. He stressed it is the one-off fee and first subscription together, not an annual price on its own.
Customer view: Allison said she is positive and wants it. She needs the leadership team and a legal read, and she asked for fee and subscription by line item in the proposal itself.
Commercial: Invoicing in pounds sterling was raised by the US customer. Allison will flag it to finance and does not expect a blocker. Extra users or connectors beyond Growth would be priced as add-ons.
Watch: Timing before open enrollment is the thing she cannot move. Jordan would not commit to a go-live date until the order form is signed and the first sources are confirmed.

Transcript
- Jordan PikeHi Allison. Can you hear me? I think my headset's being a little finicky today.
- Allison PereiraLoud and clear. Hi Jordan. Sorry, I'm eating a very late lunch, ignore the crunching. It's been a renewals sort of Tuesday.
- Jordan PikeHa, no problem. Okay, one-line agenda: I walk you through the proposal, we talk about what's in it and what isn't, and we agree who does what next. We have about thirty-five minutes, so plenty.
- Allison PereiraPerfect. Go.
- Jordan PikeSo here's where we are. The proposal is for the Growth tier, which is the right fit because you want several teams working from one view of each employer client: tickets, calls, renewals. That's what you told us on the demo.
- Allison PereiraRight. Client service, account management, and probably operations looking at it too.
- Jordan PikeExactly. And the number. The deal comes to sixty-two thousand pounds, all-in, implementation included. So that's the total for getting you set up and running, not an annual price on its own. I want to be really clear on that, because I've seen people mistake it.
- Allison PereiraOkay. So what's one-off and what recurs? Because my leadership team will ask me that in the first thirty seconds.
- Jordan PikeSure. There's a one-time fixed fee for the implementation, where we connect your sources and get the brain running on your data. Then there's the subscription, which is annual and paid in advance. The sixty-two is the two together for the deal as we've scoped it. The proposal document separates them line by line, and I'll make sure that page is easy to find.
- Allison PereiraGood. Can we see that by line item? Like, in the proposal itself, not a separate email?
- Jordan PikeYes, in the proposal itself. One page, fee, subscription, what's included.
- Allison PereiraAnd it's pounds. We're in Connecticut. Does that matter for us?
- Jordan PikeGood thing to ask. Invoicing is in pounds sterling, that's how we do it for every customer. Your finance team would pay in pounds, and your bank handles the conversion. If that's a blocker for your finance people, tell me now and I'll find out what we can do. I don't want to promise something I haven't checked.
- Allison PereiraOkay. I'll flag it to finance. I don't think it's a blocker, but I don't want a surprise in the last week.
- Jordan PikeAgreed. Okay, scope. What's in: the Growth tier, the connectors we talked about on the demo, the admin setup Monica needs, and the training for your teams. What's not in: anything custom beyond that, and the extra users or connectors if you outgrow what Growth includes. If you do, those are add-ons, priced separately.
- Allison PereiraMm. And if we outgrow it? Say we add a team next year.
- Jordan PikeThen we talk at the review, we look at actual usage, and decide between add-ons and a different tier. No pressure either way. We'd rather you grow into it than buy too much on day one.
- Allison PereiraI like that. Okay. Timing. Before open enrollment, please. That's the thing I can't move.
- Jordan PikeUnderstood, and here's where I have to be careful. I can't give you a go-live date until the order form is signed and we've confirmed which sources are connected first. What I can do is commit to a plan in writing, with the dates the moment you sign, so you can check it against your calendar before you commit.
- Allison PereiraThat's fair. I'd rather hear that than a date that slips. I've had vendors do that to me, and then I'm the one explaining it to clients.
- Jordan PikeRight. So what would make this a yes? Where are you with your leadership team?
- Allison PereiraI'm positive. I want it. I need to take the proposal to the leadership team, and then there's a legal read on the contract. I think we're looking at early May to finish, if nothing goes sideways.
- Jordan PikeThat fits with what I have as the target, which is 12 May 2026. If the legal review needs anything from us, send it over early and we'll turn it around fast.
- Allison PereiraWill do. And Theo's security stuff, the access model document for Monica, did that land with her?
- Jordan PikeIt did, as far as I know, but I'll confirm with Theo and let you know if anything's outstanding. I'd rather check than tell you yes and be wrong.
- Allison PereiraOkay. Recap so I get it right. You send the proposal with the line items and the plan. I take it to leadership and flag the pounds question to finance. Legal reads the contract. We aim for 12 May 2026.
- Jordan PikeThat's it exactly. I'll send the proposal after this call. Anything else on your mind?
- Allison PereiraNo, I think we're good. Thanks, Jordan.
- Jordan PikeThanks, Allison. Talk soon.
