What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Proposal call with Gina Ferraro and CFO Vincent Almeida. Vincent probed the consultant alternative and held back on an early security call. Signature was targeted for 22 Apr 2026; the evidence does not show the outcome.
What happened: Jordan Pike walked Gina Ferraro and Vincent Almeida, Chief Financial Officer, through the Enterprise proposal. Vincent is new to the conversation and asked about the consultant alternative, price, a single contact, freshness and uptime.
Customer view: Gina was positive and said an August go-live works. Vincent was more guarded and called a security call in a couple of weeks tight.
Commercial: Jordan gave the all-in year one price as one hundred and fifty-five thousand and targeted signature by 22 Apr 2026. The evidence does not show whether that was signed.
Watch: Jordan quoted a one-hour support response, while Enterprise P1 first response is 30 minutes. He also called the on-site training day included, which is an add-on in the price book; check both against the order form.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Jordan Pike to send the full proposal the same day and follow up by email.
- Jordan Pike to schedule the security and IT architecture call once Vincent Almeida's team has reviewed the proposal.
- Jordan Pike to confirm support response and training terms against the Enterprise order form before signature.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Vincent Almeida is comparing against a custom consultant build and resisted a quick security call.
- Jordan Pike's one-hour support response and included on-site training day may not match Enterprise terms or the price book.
- The signature target of 22 Apr 2026 has passed and the evidence does not show an executed order form.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Enterprise fits their spread of field sales, operations and customer service teams on one layer.
- Gina Ferraro confirmed an August go-live works, so the timeline has customer support.
Transcript
- Jordan PikeHey, Gina and Vincent, thanks for joining. Quick agenda: we've got forty-two minutes, and I want to walk through the Enterprise proposal and get to yes by 22 Apr 2026. Sound good?
- Gina FerraroSounds good. We're really excited about this.
- Jordan PikeAwesome. So you're distributing foodservice across New England: you've got field sales, ops, customer service teams all pulling from Salesforce, call recordings, email, accounting. Right now, that's manual reconciliation. The brain sits over all of it, your teams stop stitching data by hand and start asking questions. That's Enterprise. That's the value.
- Vincent AlmeidaAnd how does that stack up against doing something custom with a consultant?
- Jordan PikeCustom builds take months, cost multiples of what we're proposing, and then you own the maintenance. With us, you get a twelve-week implementation with full security review included, and then an annual subscription. We host, we maintain, you own your data. Plus you get SSO, SCIM for identity management, an executive sponsor from our leadership, and our one-hour response time for support. A consultant doesn't give you that.
- Vincent AlmeidaRight. So walk me through the pricing. What are we looking at?
- Jordan PikeSo the all-in for year one is one hundred and fifty-five thousand. That includes implementation: we'll build and test your connectors, run security review with your team, train everyone, and the first year's subscription. Year two is just the subscription, which is lower. And you get up to one hundred and fifty users, twenty connectors, that's a lot of room to grow.
- Gina FerraroAnd the security review, what does that involve?
- Jordan PikeWe'll sit with your security and compliance folks, walk through our infrastructure: data residency, encryption, access controls, audit trails. We're ISO certified and SOC 2 Type II. We've worked with regulated industries, so your team will be comfortable. Once that's done, we kick off the build.
- Vincent AlmeidaWho's my single point of contact on your side?
- Jordan PikeMe for sales, but once you sign, you get assigned a CSM, that's your day-to-day, and an executive sponsor from our leadership. The CSM owns onboarding, connectors, training. The sponsor is there if you need a senior voice. You're not stuck reaching me.
- Gina FerraroOkay. And training, what's that look like?
- Jordan PikeWe do an on-site training day, that's included, plus online sessions over weeks eight and twelve of implementation. We train your admins on connector management, then your team on how to use the brain: search, chat, dashboards, everything. We iterate based on what you need. It's not one and done.
- Vincent AlmeidaWhat about freshness and uptime?
- Jordan PikeWe guarantee ninety-nine point nine availability, basically no downtime. If we miss that, you get service credits. Data refreshes nightly, completes by seven AM your local time every business day. If a connector breaks, maybe you changed Salesforce, we flag it within hours and help you fix it.
- Gina FerraroThis is sounding really good. What's next?
- Jordan PikeI'll send the full proposal today: scope, timeline, security framework, everything. You review with your team, especially you and your security and finance people. There'll be questions, and that's good. I'd like to bring in your security and IT teams in a couple of weeks for a focused call on architecture and technical details. Does that work?
- Vincent AlmeidaA couple of weeks is tight. Let me see the proposal first and we can figure out the timing.
- Jordan PikeFair. I'll send it today. Once your team has looked it over, we'll schedule the security conversation. From there it's legal review, we'll handle our side, and we target signature by 22 Apr 2026 to go live by end of summer.
- Gina FerraroAugust go-live works for us.
- Vincent AlmeidaAll right. So we get the proposal, we review, then we schedule with your security team.
- Jordan PikePerfect. I'm sending it now and I'll follow up on email. Anything else I should cover?
- Gina FerraroNo, I think we're good. Thanks, Jordan.
- Vincent AlmeidaThanks. Speak soon.
- Jordan PikeCheers, guys.
