Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Jordan Pike to send the Enterprise proposal to Gina Ferraro and Vincent Almeida by the end of that week.
- Jordan to schedule technical discovery with solutions engineering to map systems and security needs.
- Jordan to prepare an ROI case for Vincent built on Gina's time-lost figure.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Vincent Almeida asked for ROI and received no figure, so the value case is still open.
- Vincent probed whether renewal is locked, which signals price sensitivity beyond year one.
- Security review and integrations could push out the mid-April go-live Jordan indicated.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Enterprise tier with SSO and a security review suits a company-wide need across about a thousand accounts.
- Gina's stated cost of a couple of hours a day gives a concrete base for an ROI case.
Transcript
- Jordan PikeThanks for making time. Gina, Vincent, appreciate you joining. Just want to understand your operation and see if we're a good fit. We've got about thirty minutes, sound good?
- Gina FerraroYep, let's go.
- Jordan PikeSo Gina, walk me through the customer service side. How many customers are you managing, and what systems do you run?
- Gina FerraroWe're managing about a thousand accounts across schools, hospitals, restaurants. We've got a CRM, a ticketing system for customer issues, we've got billing, and we're connected to all their ordering systems. It's a lot to track.
- Jordan PikeSo you're sitting across a bunch of different data sources. What's your pain point right now?
- Gina FerraroMy team spends a lot of time pulling data from different systems to answer a question. Like, which of our biggest customers had a service issue in the last month? We have to manually check the CRM, the tickets, the call logs, and stitch it together.
- Jordan PikeAnd that's eating up how much time?
- Gina FerraroCouple of hours a day, easily. If we had a tool that could just answer it, we'd be in a much better place.
- Jordan PikeOkay. Vincent, from a finance perspective, what's your interest in this?
- Vincent AlmeidaWell, if it helps Gina's team work smarter, that's valuable. But I also want to see the operational upside. What's the ROI look like?
- Jordan PikeSo we'd typically see two things: first, Gina's team is more efficient and can focus on customer retention. Second, you have better visibility into your customer base, so you're making smarter commercial decisions. The brain sits on top of your data and makes it queryable without anyone learning SQL or having to hand-build reports.
- Vincent AlmeidaOkay. What does an implementation look like? Timeline and cost?
- Jordan PikeSo for a business like Pawtuxet, I'd be recommending the Enterprise tier. It's built for organisations that need company-wide access, SSO, a dedicated support line. Implementation would be around twelve weeks, and the all-in cost for year one is £155,000, including implementation. After that, you renew at the annual subscription.
- Gina FerraroTwelve weeks, so we're looking at mid-April?
- Jordan PikeRoughly, if we kick off soon. But that depends on your security team and any integrations they want to review. We'd do a security review as part of Enterprise, and you'd get support from a dedicated engineer on our side.
- Vincent AlmeidaAnd the annual renewal, is that locked in or is there room to adjust?
- Jordan PikeThe renewal is at the Enterprise list price unless you negotiate something different. But that's down the road. Right now we focus on getting you live and seeing value.
- Gina FerraroSo what's the process from here?
- Jordan PikeI'll send over a detailed proposal with the Enterprise spec, and then we'd schedule a technical discovery with our solutions engineering team. We'll map your systems, understand your security requirements, and come back with a full scope and timeline.
- Vincent AlmeidaOkay. And if we wanted to move, what's the timeline?
- Jordan PikeIf you're ready to sign in the next couple of months, we'd aim for a mid-April go-live. But let's see how the proposal lands first.
- Gina FerraroSounds fair. We'll review and get back to you.
- Jordan PikeGreat. I'll get the proposal to you by end of this week. Cheers.
