What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Jordan Pike presented Growth at £56k all-in for year one to Meghan Fraser and Darryl Kozak. Darryl called the tech good and needs internal finance sign-off. A follow-up was set for the following Tuesday.
What happened: Jordan walked Meghan and Darryl through the Growth proposal. Darryl asked about price flexibility, term, support and legal review.
Customer view: Darryl said the tech is good and the hold-up is internal sign-off. He asked for a day or two to run it past finance.
Commercial: Jordan quoted £56k all-in for year one and said year two renews at the same price. He also said the contract renews automatically with thirty days notice to exit.
Watch: those renewal and notice terms, and the sandbox mentioned for Growth, go beyond the price book and Growth tier as BG-Demo describes them. The executed order form will decide what the customer actually holds.

- Jordan promised a flat price from year two and thirty days notice, which the price book does not support as described.
- Jordan said a sandbox comes with Growth, but the Growth tier does not list it.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Darryl called the technology good, and the 8 week implementation gives a clear path to go-live.
Transcript
- Jordan PikeHey Meghan, Darryl, thanks for making time early in the week. We're excited to move this forward. I've got a proposal here we'd like to walk you through.
- Darryl KozakThanks Jordan. I've been looking at the demo, it's interesting. Let's talk commercial.
- Jordan PikePerfect. So you're on Growth. That's forty users, eight connectors, quarterly QBRs with us. The all-in cost for year one is £56,000. Year two onwards renews at that same price.
- Darryl KozakIs that a set price or is there negotiation room?
- Jordan PikeTo be transparent, that's our standard Growth price for Canada right now. I can look at the timeline if that helps. If we can get this signed by 22 Jan 2026, you're getting a really clean implementation schedule.
- Meghan FraserWhat about the implementation timeline, that was eight weeks?
- Jordan PikeEight weeks from kick-off. So if we sign in January, you'll be live in early March.
- Darryl KozakAnd what's the contract term, is it a year?
- Jordan PikeIt's a one-year contract. At renewal, you've got thirty days notice to exit if you want out. Otherwise it renews automatically at the end of your term.
- Darryl KozakWhat about support? I need to know what happens if something breaks.
- Jordan PikeGrowth comes with email support, one-hour response on anything marked priority. Your data refreshes every night. And you've got a sandbox to test things. If something breaks, we're on it.
- Meghan FraserSounds solid. What do you need from us to move forward?
- Jordan PikeI'll send the full proposal over today. You review it, check it with your legal team if you need to. Then we'll get an order form signed and kick off implementation.
- Darryl KozakAnd how long is legal review going to take?
- Jordan PikeTotally up to you. We can turn around any comments you have within a couple of days. But the key is, what would make this a yes for you?
- Darryl KozakHonestly, the tech is good. It's just getting it signed off internally. I need a day or two to run it past finance.
- Jordan PikeFair enough. I'll send everything today. You take the time you need. Let's reconvene next week, maybe Tuesday, to see where you're at.
- Meghan FraserTuesday works for us. Thanks Jordan.
- Jordan PikeThanks guys. We're excited about this. Speak soon.
