What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Lewis Kerr took Grainne Lynch through the proposal: £12k implementation and £44k a year. Grainne wants a call with finance director Brendan O'Mahony to go through the numbers and calls it the key one.
What happened: On 3 Jan 2025 Lewis walked Grainne through the proposal: eight-week implementation, eight connectors, forty users and a quarterly check-in. The price was stated as fixed at £12k for implementation and £44k a year.
Customer view: Grainne found it comprehensive. She said Noel, who was on the demo, is keen and happy with the technical side, and that Brendan wants to go through the numbers commercially.
Commercial: The scope matches the Growth tier. Lewis said only Premium support, extra users or extra connectors would change the price.
Watch: The evidence does not show a decision. Everything now turns on the call with Brendan, after which an order form would follow if he is happy.

Transcript
- Lewis Kerr NoneHi Grainne, thanks for making time in the new year. I hope you had a good break. So I've sent over the proposal, have you had a chance to look at it?
- Grainne Lynch NoneYes, I've had a quick look. It looks comprehensive. Brendan wants to jump on a call as well, to go through the numbers. Can we set that up?
- Lewis Kerr NoneAbsolutely. So what we've put together is everything we discussed: the eight-week implementation, the eight connectors, the forty users, the quarterly check-in. The pricing is 12,000 for implementation, then 44,000 a year for the subscription.
- Grainne Lynch NoneRight. And that's fixed?
- Lewis Kerr NoneYes, that's the fixed price. It includes everything, you don't get surprised with extra charges. The only thing that would change is if you want Premium support or if you add extra users or connectors down the line.
- Grainne Lynch NoneOkay. And Noel, he was on the demo, he seems keen, so I think Brendan will be okay. I just want to make sure the timeline works for us.
- Lewis Kerr NoneRight. So if you sign in January, we'd kick off in early February. Eight weeks takes us to early April go-live.
- Grainne Lynch NoneThat's probably fine. Let me check with Brendan. Can we do a call with him next week?
- Lewis Kerr NoneYeah, next week works. Let me send out a few times and he can pick what suits. Shall I include you as well, or just Brendan?
- Grainne Lynch NoneJust Brendan and me, I think. Noel's happy with the technical side.
- Lewis Kerr NonePerfect. I'll send over three or four time slots and you can pick one. Anything you want me to prepare for that call?
- Grainne Lynch NoneNo, I think we just want to run through the numbers with him, make sure it makes sense for us commercially.
- Lewis Kerr NoneFair enough. So I think the proposal is pretty clear: the scope, the price, the timeline. Between now and next week, if there's anything that's unclear or if you want to dig into any detail, just shout.
- Grainne Lynch NoneWill do. And after that call with Brendan, what's the next step?
- Lewis Kerr NoneWell, if Brendan's happy, we'd move to putting together an order form. That's the formal contract that sets out everything: the terms, the support levels, the data refresh commitment, all of that. You'd sign it and then we'd send over the implementation schedule.
- Grainne Lynch NoneOkay, so the call with Brendan is the key one.
- Lewis Kerr NoneYep. If that goes well, we're pretty much there.
- Grainne Lynch NoneGreat. I'll get back to you once I've spoken to him.
- Lewis Kerr NoneSounds good. Cheers, Grainne.
