What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Second demo to Gillian Woolnough on live connectors. She asked whether connectors break when Salesforce changes. Tom Ashdown promised a Growth proposal that week, quoting eight weeks and sixty-two thousand, implementation and training all in.
What happened: Hannah Lowe showed search across Salesforce, call recordings and email, plus a nightly dashboard. Gillian asked about connector reliability and who can see what.
Customer view: Gillian liked seeing the customer record and call history on one screen. Her main worry was whether the connectors break when a Salesforce field changes.
Commercial: Tom said the Growth proposal would be eight weeks at sixty-two thousand, implementation and training all in. That figure is spoken, not from a document, and differs from the Growth implementation fee of £12k and the v1 Growth list of £44k in the price book.
Watch: Hannah said a security review would be included in setup under Growth. That is normally Enterprise implementation scope, so the commitment needs checking before the proposal goes out.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Tom Ashdown to send the Growth proposal in the week of the 11 Jul 2024 call.
- Tom Ashdown to confirm the price and the security review scope before the proposal goes out.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- The sixty-two thousand quoted aloud does not match the Growth implementation fee or v1 list price, and the call does not say what it covers.
- A security review was promised within Growth setup, which may fall outside Growth scope.
- Gillian's concern about connectors breaking after a Salesforce change is unresolved beyond a verbal assurance.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- A Growth subscription and implementation, with the dashboard and one-screen customer view as the draw.
- Finance involvement was invited, which may move the deal towards a commercial decision.
Transcript
- Tom Ashdown NoneHi Gillian, thanks for picking up again. This is Hannah Lowe, she's our solutions engineer, she'll be walking through the brain today with your data.
- Hannah Lowe NoneHi Gillian, good to meet you. We've spent a bit of time setting up connectors to your Salesforce, your Gong call recordings and Microsoft 365, so we can show you something live.
- Gillian Woolnough NoneGreat, thanks. Looking forward to it.
- Hannah Lowe NoneSo the short answer is: this is a search and query layer. You're going to see all your customer data in one place. Let me share my screen and walk you through it.
- Hannah Lowe NoneOkay, so here's the home screen. You can search by customer name, account, issue type, whatever's in your data. Let me search for an example customer. You're looking for someone who had an order issue and also called in. In a traditional setup, you'd jump between Salesforce, call logs, email. Here, one search.
- Gillian Woolnough NoneOkay, I see. So it's showing me the customer record plus call history on the same screen?
- Hannah Lowe NoneExactly. Customer data from Salesforce on the left, call transcripts and recordings accessible right there, emails threaded in. And you can filter by date, outcome, whatever. We've also set up a dashboard, let me show you that.
- Hannah Lowe NoneSo this is something your team builds once, and it refreshes nightly. You're seeing order failures by customer, call resolution rate, response time. No more manual reports.
- Gillian Woolnough NoneThat's, that's really nice. So if I want to understand what's happening with a particular customer who's been problematic, I can see everything?
- Hannah Lowe NoneYeah. And your team can build more dashboards. The longer answer is: it depends on what your team wants to measure and how deep they want to go. But we can do this, and once it's live you can self-serve.
- Tom Ashdown NoneAnd that's the real win, Gillian, your team stops waiting for someone else to pull data. They can answer their own questions.
- Gillian Woolnough NoneYeah. What about the connectors, are they reliable? Like, if something changes in Salesforce, does this break?
- Hannah Lowe NoneTo be precise: we monitor them continuously. If a connector stops syncing, say, you change a field in Salesforce, we alert you immediately. And we have escalation paths. The short answer is: yes, you'll know straight away. The longer answer is: we do a security review on the back end, and in your case, if you go with Growth, we'll include that in the setup.
- Gillian Woolnough NoneOkay, that's good to know. And what about access, who can see what?
- Hannah Lowe NoneYou control that. We have user roles and permissions, so you can say: this team sees customer data, that team sees orders but not emails, whatever makes sense.
- Tom Ashdown NoneSo next steps: we'll send you a proposal with the Growth package: that's the eight weeks, the sixty-two thousand, implementation and training all in. You lot take a look, get finance involved if you need to, and we can tighten it up from there. Does that work?
- Gillian Woolnough NoneYeah, that sounds good. When would you send it?
- Tom Ashdown NoneLeave that with me, I'll get it over this week.
- Gillian Woolnough NonePerfect. Thanks, both.
