What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Demo of the brain to Saira Khalid and Jack Treloar. Saira said she is on board and ready to move forward, and Jack liked the dashboards builder for a customer-facing view. Priya Raman will send a formal proposal and timeline.
What happened: Priya Raman and Hannah Lowe ran a demo for Saira Khalid and Jack Treloar on 19 Jun 2024. Hannah covered chat, the dashboards builder, data staying in the customer's Snowflake account and the eight-week implementation.
Customer view: Jack said the dashboard piece was what he wanted, so the team could publish a single live view for customers. Saira said she is on board and has what she needs to move forward.
Commercial: The demo was pitched at Growth, with connectors available as add-ons five at a time. The evidence does not show price, budget or a finance contact being discussed.
Watch: Hannah described standard support as a response in a business day, which should be checked against the Growth service level before the proposal. Jack also raised incomplete CRM data, which the data health review in implementation is meant to address.

Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Priya Raman to send the formal proposal and implementation timeline to Saira Khalid.
- Confirm the start of the eight-week implementation so the customer can go live before summer.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Support response was described as a business day, which may not match the Growth service level the customer will expect.
- Jack asked about incomplete CRM data, which could limit early answers if gaps are not cleaned during implementation.
- No finance or commercial contact was on the call, and price was not discussed.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Growth subscription with the dashboards builder, built around Jack's idea of a live customer-facing view.
- Additional connectors as add-ons, five at a time, once teams see the brain working.
Transcript
- Priya Raman NoneGreat, everyone's here, Hannah, thanks for joining. Saira, Jack, this is Hannah Lowe, our Solutions Engineer. Hannah's going to walk you through what the brain actually looks like when we plug it into your systems.
- Hannah Lowe NoneHi both. Thanks for having me. The short answer is we've built a queryable layer over all your systems so your teams can ask questions instead of chasing people for reports. The longer answer is, let me show you. Can you see my screen?
- Saira Khalid NoneYep, coming through.
- Hannah Lowe NoneRight. So this is the interface. On the left you've got your data sources, I can see your CRM, the delivery platform, your assessment database, supplier data. The brain has indexed all of it. To your right is the chat interface. So if Saira wanted to ask, say, how many assessments failed this month for customers in London, you just type that.
- Jack Treloar NoneAnd it pulls it from all those systems at once?
- Hannah Lowe NoneExactly. No manual joins, no spreadsheets. It understands the relationships: which customer had which assessment, which one failed, and gives you the answer. To be precise, it runs that query against a nightly index of your data, so you get answers in seconds rather than minutes or hours.
- Saira Khalid NoneAnd the data is, it stays with us?
- Hannah Lowe NoneStays in your Snowflake instance. We never copy it. We build the connectors that run your ETL, we index the results, but the data lives in your environment and under your control.
- Jack Treloar NoneOkay. Useful. What if you need a more complex query?
- Hannah Lowe NoneGood question. So the chat interface is for quick ad-hoc stuff. But Growth also includes the dashboards builder. You can pin key metrics: things like assessments in flight, customer risk score, delivery schedules, and they update automatically as your data changes. No one has to run a report.
- Saira Khalid NoneAnd who can build those?
- Hannah Lowe NoneAnyone with access. Your team, you, Jack, others, you can drag fields into the builder and create a view that matters to you. Training is part of implementation.
- Priya Raman NoneSo the practical thing here is, Saira, your team stops spending afternoons pulling data together and starts making decisions faster. To keep momentum, you're looking at your own insights in real time.
- Jack Treloar NoneAre there any limitations? Like, if our data in the CRM is incomplete or messy?
- Hannah Lowe NoneThe brain is only as good as what it's indexing, right. If a field is blank in your CRM, the query will reflect that. But we can help you spot those gaps during implementation: we run a data health review with your team, flag the most critical fields, and that helps you prioritise cleaning things up. That's why we build in an eight-week implementation window.
- Saira Khalid NoneAnd if we want to add systems later, more connectors?
- Hannah Lowe NoneWe can add them as add-ons. Five connectors at a time, and we manage the integration. Happens all the time, once you've got the brain working, teams ask for their data in it too.
- Jack Treloar NoneAnd you said training is included?
- Hannah Lowe NoneYeah. We'll run through the interface with your team during implementation. Chat, dashboards, how to structure questions so the brain understands. And we're available by email after that, Growth comes with standard support, response in a business day.
- Priya Raman NoneSo, does this feel like it addresses the pain you were describing?
- Jack Treloar NoneYeah, definitely. Especially the dashboard piece, we could publish a single view for customers that pulls live data.
- Saira Khalid NoneI'm on board. I think we've got what we need to move forward.
- Priya Raman NoneGreat. So I'll come back with a formal proposal and implementation timeline. We're looking at an eight-week run from kickoff, so, if you want to go live before summer, we'd need to start in the next couple of months. Sound okay?
- Saira Khalid NoneYep, works for us.
- Priya Raman NoneBrilliant. Thanks both. Hannah, cheers for the walk-through.
- Hannah Lowe NoneThanks. Speak soon.
