What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26On the 5 Oct 2026 proposal call, Lydia Ashurst said Jonathan is ready to move forward at Growth. Lewis Kerr quoted £62k all-in for the first year, with an eight-week implementation. Security review and order form are next.
What happened: Lydia Ashurst said the pricing is fine and that Jonathan is ready to move forward. His one question was whether the eight-week implementation could be shorter.
Commercial: Lewis Kerr quoted Growth at £62k all-in for the first year. That is a proposal figure, so it stays an open item until an order form is signed.
Delivery: Lewis said seven weeks is the realistic minimum and eight weeks is standard. He named Daniel as CSM and offered an on-site engineer day as a separately quoted add-on.
Watch: Jonathan did not speak on the call, so his view reaches us through Lydia. The security questionnaire and the order form are both still to come, and the evidence does not show Jonathan's job title.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Lewis Kerr sends the security questionnaire to Lydia so Jonathan can review it before it goes to Theo.
- Theo reviews the returned questionnaire as the security review.
- Lewis Kerr prepares the order form for Jonathan to sign once the security review is signed off.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- The security review and order form are not yet done, so the Growth deal is still a proposal.
- Jonathan wants a faster implementation, and Lewis could only offer about seven weeks at best.
- The evidence does not show who signs the order form beyond Jonathan, who was not on the call.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Close Growth at the quoted £62,000 all-in for the first year with an eight-week implementation.
- Quote the on-site engineer day as a separate add-on if Lydia wants a dedicated point of contact.
Transcript
- Lewis Kerr NoneMorning, Lydia. Thanks for making the time. I wanted to run through the proposal and see if you and Jonathan have any questions.
- Lydia Ashurst NoneGood timing. Jonathan's had a look at it. He's got a couple of points.
- Lewis Kerr NoneGo on, what's on his mind?
- Lydia Ashurst NoneThe pricing is fine. He wants to know about the implementation timeline. Can it be faster than eight weeks?
- Lewis Kerr NoneThat's a good question. Eight weeks is our standard. We could potentially compress it a bit if you've got a lot of availability from your team for calls and testing. But realistically we'd be looking at seven weeks minimum, maybe seven and a half. If Jonathan wants to discuss that directly, I can loop in Theo or our implementation lead.
- Lydia Ashurst NoneHe mainly wants to make sure we're not talking months and months.
- Lewis Kerr NoneNo, definitely not. So eight weeks is our standard for Growth. That's eight weeks from when you sign the order form. So if you sign in early November, you'd be live sometime before Christmas, probably.
- Lydia Ashurst NoneOK, that works. The other thing, can we request a dedicated point of contact? So a named person we speak to?
- Lewis Kerr NoneOn Growth you get a CSM, that's Daniel. He'll be your main contact for adoption and questions. And there's a helpdesk for technical issues, one-hour response time. If you want a dedicated engineer day, so someone on-site for a day, that's an add-on we can quote separately. But Daniel will be there for you.
- Lydia Ashurst NoneThat sounds good. So the next step is we sign the order form?
- Lewis Kerr NoneYes. We'll go through a security review, Theo will lead that, it's just a questionnaire we send to you. You'll fill it out, we'll review it, usually takes a week or so. Once that's signed off, we're ready for you to sign the order form and we can kick off implementation.
- Lydia Ashurst NoneCan Jonathan review the security review questionnaire before we send it back?
- Lewis Kerr NoneAbsolutely. I'll send it to you first, you can loop Jonathan in, and once you're both happy you send it back to Theo. No rush.
- Lydia Ashurst NoneGreat. I think Jonathan is ready to move forward. What do you need from us to get the order form in front of him?
- Lewis Kerr NoneJust confirmation that you want to proceed at Growth, £62,000 all-in for the first year, eight-week implementation timeline. Once I hear that, I'll get the security review over and prep the order form for signature.
- Lydia Ashurst NoneHe's happy with that. You can send the security questionnaire over.
- Lewis Kerr NoneBrilliant. I'll get that to you today. Once you've done that, we'll run it past Theo and then we'll have the order form ready for Jonathan to sign. I'd aim to get that in front of him by end of next week. Thanks, Lydia. Cheers.
