Transcript
- Matteo Ricci NoneHi everyone. Matteo here, and I've got Theo from our team, he's a solutions engineer. Today we're going to walk you through the brain using your actual data so you can see how it works for Moycullen. Orla, Ciara, how are we both?
- Orla Keane NoneGood, Matteo. Looking forward to seeing this in action.
- Ciara Joyce NoneYeah, keen to see it. We've got all our test data loaded in.
- Theo Gallagher NoneBrilliant. So we've connected your HubSpot and your accounting system. We're still working on the CV database mapping, but I'll show you what we've got so far. Okay?
- Orla Keane NoneSure.
- Theo Gallagher NoneRight, so here's the brain's search interface. You see the search box at the top. Let me ask it a question from your world. 'Show me all medical-device manufacturers we've placed candidates with in the last six months, with their outstanding invoices.'
- Theo Gallagher NoneAnd there we go. In about a second, it's pulled together the list of all those clients, the placements we've made, and their invoice status. All from HubSpot and your accounting system.
- Ciara Joyce NoneThat's, that's amazing. Normally I'd have to download reports from both systems and manually match them up.
- Matteo Ricci NoneExactly. And you can refine that query with filters: say, just clients in the west of Ireland, or outstanding invoices over a certain amount.
- Orla Keane NoneSo once I build a query, can I save it and rerun it?
- Theo Gallagher NoneYes. You click Save, give it a name: say, 'Outstanding Medical-Device Placements': and then next time you need that data, one click.
- Orla Keane NonePerfect.
- Matteo Ricci NoneAnd if you need to share that with a colleague: say, Ciara here, you can share the saved query and she'll have access to it.
- Ciara Joyce NoneGood. And the data, when does it refresh?
- Theo Gallagher NoneNightly. By 07:00 your local time on business days. So if something changes in HubSpot or your accounting system during the day, you'll see it in the brain by the next morning.
- Orla Keane NoneGreat. What about the chat interface? You mentioned that in the proposal.
- Theo Gallagher NoneYeah, good question. Chat is for more exploratory questions. So instead of building a structured query, you can have a conversation with the brain. 'What are my top five clients by invoice value?' And then you follow up: 'Which of those are life-sciences companies?' And it remembers the context.
- Ciara Joyce NoneSo it's like asking someone who knows all your data?
- Theo Gallagher NoneExactly.
- Matteo Ricci NoneRight. On the Starter tier, you also get Pages, that's customizable saved views. So you could have a Page for each client type: medical devices, life sciences, whatever, and pin the queries and data you look at most often.
- Orla Keane NoneSo we could set up a page just for life-sciences placements?
- Matteo Ricci NoneExactly. And your whole team sees the same Pages. You can modify them as your priorities change.
- Ciara Joyce NoneWhat if I want to export data or share it outside the brain?
- Theo Gallagher NoneYou can export to CSV and send it to whoever needs it. On Starter, that's the option. If you upgraded to Growth later, you'd get the dashboard builder so you could build and share interactive dashboards.
- Orla Keane NoneThat's good to know. Now, you mentioned the CV database mapping is still in progress. When will that be ready?
- Theo Gallagher NoneWe're aiming for the first week of implementation. The data structure is a bit different from the standard, but it's nothing we can't handle.
- Ciara Joyce NoneAnd once it's live, we'd have all three systems in one brain?
- Matteo Ricci NoneYes. HubSpot, your accounting system, and your CV database all feeding into the brain nightly.
- Orla Keane NoneFantastic. How much support do we get?
- Theo Gallagher NoneStarter tier comes with four-hour first response on critical issues. We also do six-monthly check-ins where we look at how you're using the brain and what's working.
- Ciara Joyce NoneWhat if something goes wrong, like a connector breaks?
- Theo Gallagher NoneYou'd reach out to Hollie, your customer success manager, or to our support team. We'd prioritize it and get it fixed quickly. If it's a critical issue affecting everyone, we're looking at a four-hour response.
- Matteo Ricci NoneSo overall, does this solve the problem you described in our discovery call?
- Orla Keane NoneYeah, absolutely. This is exactly what we needed.
- Ciara Joyce NoneSame. I'm sold.
- Matteo Ricci NoneBrilliant. So what's the next step? We're looking at a close by mid-June if that works for you.
- Orla Keane NoneI'll run it past Padraig. He was on the discovery call with me. I reckon mid-June is doable.
- Matteo Ricci NonePerfect. I'll send an order form draft to you by end of week. You can review it with Padraig and let me know if you want any changes.
- Ciara Joyce NoneSounds good.
- Matteo Ricci NoneGreat. Thanks very much, Orla, Ciara. Looking forward to working with you.
- Orla Keane NoneThanks, Matteo. Speak soon.
