What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Onboarding check-in on 1 Jun 2026. The logistics connector pulls data but mis-maps it after a warehouse system update. Brooke Dawson's team is impatient to start, and training may slip a couple of days.
What happened: Laura Penhaligon checked onboarding progress with Lachlan Nguyen and Brooke Dawson. Salesforce is flowing, but the logistics data does not map correctly after the customer's warehouse system changed its field names.
Customer view: Brooke asked whether go-live is still on track and said her team is already asking to use the brain. She closed by saying the team is getting impatient.
Commercial: This is a Starter onboarding, so the first impression is set by how fast the fault is fixed. Laura promised updated specs and a revised timeline by email that afternoon.
Watch: The fix depends on Lachlan changing the warehouse export. Training was described as possibly slipping a couple of days, with no firm date given.

Transcript
- Laura PenhaligonHi Lachlan, Brooke. Laura here from BG-Demo. I wanted to touch base on how the onboarding is tracking. We're a couple of weeks into the implementation now.
- Lachlan NguyenHi Laura. Yeah, we've got the connectors up, Salesforce is flowing through nicely. The logistics data, we ran into a bit of an issue there.
- Laura PenhaligonWhat's the issue? Is it a data mapping thing?
- Lachlan NguyenNot exactly. Our warehouse system updated last week, and the field names changed. So the connector is pulling the data, but it's not mapping correctly to what the brain is expecting.
- Laura PenhaligonOkay. So the connector's still trying to use the old field structure?
- Lachlan NguyenYeah, that's it.
- Laura PenhaligonRight, we'll need to update the mapping on our end. I can have the specs to you by end of day today. Can you update your warehouse system export to use the new field names?
- Lachlan NguyenYeah, I can do that. How long should that take you to fix?
- Laura PenhaligonOnce you've updated the export, probably a couple of hours to retest the connector. Shouldn't be a big deal.
- Brooke DawsonSo we're still on track for the go-live?
- Laura PenhaligonYeah, we'll get this sorted and we should be back on schedule. The Salesforce side is solid, so as soon as the logistics data is flowing cleanly, we can move to testing.
- Brooke DawsonGood. Our team's already asking when they can start using it.
- Lachlan NguyenLaura, did you want me to do anything else on my end in the meantime?
- Laura PenhaligonNo, just get me those updated field names and I'll take it from there. I'll keep you posted on progress.
- Brooke DawsonWhen's the training? Are we still looking at next week?
- Laura PenhaligonMight slip a couple of days, but yeah, very soon. I'll confirm once we've got the data flowing properly.
- Lachlan NguyenUnderstood. I'll get you those specs today.
- Laura PenhaligonPerfect. Thanks, Lachlan. Brooke, anything else from your side?
- Brooke DawsonNo, just keen to get moving. My team's getting impatient.
- Laura PenhaligonI hear you. I'll email you both this afternoon with a revised timeline. Cheers.
