Current to 11 Oct 26Kickoff on 18 May 2026 with Brooke Dawson and Lachlan Nguyen. The four-week plan, connectors, nightly refresh, training and support were agreed. The customer was positive and ready to start the following Monday.
What happened: Laura Penhaligon set out a four-week plan: Salesforce and accounting connectors first, warehouse logistics data second, then testing and training. Hollie Grieve introduced herself as customer success manager.
Customer view: Brooke said they spend way too much time logging into different systems. Lachlan confirmed the data sources were prepared and the nightly refresh suited them.
Commercial: Lachlan said they might add the HR system down the line, which is a possible extra connector. Hollie described quarterly QBRs after go-live.
Watch: Week Two depends on Lachlan mapping the logistics data structure, which is the main delivery dependency. Brooke is the named champion, so adoption rests on her.

Transcript
- Hollie Grieve NoneHi everyone, and welcome. I'm Hollie from BB-Demo, I'm the customer success manager for Coorabell. This is Laura, our implementation consultant, and we're really excited to get going. Brooke, Lachlan, how are you both doing?
- Brooke Dawson NoneGood, Hollie. Excited to get the brain up and running. We've been waiting for this.
- Lachlan Nguyen NoneYeah, all set on our end. We've prepped the data sources, Salesforce and the accounting system are ready to go.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneBrilliant. That's exactly what we need. So here's what the next four weeks look like: Week One, we get connectors live to your Salesforce and your accounting package. Week Two, we add the logistics data from your warehouse system. Week Three is testing and refining the queries. Week Four is training and go-live.
- Brooke Dawson NoneOkay. So Week Two we've got the logistics data in there?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneThat's the plan. We'll need a bit of configuration on Lachlan's end to map the data structure, but yes.
- Lachlan Nguyen NoneHow much configuration are we talking about?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneI'd say a couple of afternoons spread across the week. Nothing too heavy. I'll send you a spec document today so you can see exactly what we need.
- Hollie Grieve NoneOnce we're live, Brooke, you'll be able to ask the brain questions like, you know, 'show me all customer accounts in Queensland with outstanding delivery tickets.' And it'll pull that from Salesforce and your logistics system in one place.
- Brooke Dawson NoneThat's exactly what we need. We spend way too much time logging into different systems.
- Lachlan Nguyen NoneAnd the data's updated how often?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneNightly refresh, complete by 07:00 your local time on business days.
- Lachlan Nguyen NoneOkay, that works for us.
- Hollie Grieve NoneRight. So on the admin side, Lachlan, you're the main technical contact. Laura will reach out to you directly with the weekly sync-ups. Brooke, you're the champion here, so you'll be involved in testing and sign-off. Does that split work?
- Brooke Dawson NoneYeah, that's fine. I'll be the user advocate, basically.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneExactly. You tell us if something doesn't make sense or if there's a question your team needs answered, and we iterate on that. Okay, so connectors, we've got Salesforce and the accounting system locked down. Are there any other systems you'd want to connect eventually?
- Brooke Dawson NoneNot right now. Those two are the main ones.
- Lachlan Nguyen NoneWe might want to add the HR system down the line, but let's get these two working first.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneNo problem. We can add that later. Right, let me run through the training plan. Week Four, I'll do a session with Brooke and whoever else from your team wants to sit in. I'll walk through the search interface, the pages, the saved queries, all the bits you'll use day-to-day.
- Brooke Dawson NoneHow long's that going to take?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneI'd allocate a morning. Maybe two hours.
- Brooke Dawson NoneThat's manageable. I'll make sure the team knows.
- Hollie Grieve NoneAnd then after go-live, I'll be your point of contact for any questions or issues. Once a quarter, we'll do a QBR: that's a quarterly business review: where we look at how you're using the brain, what's working, what we can improve.
- Lachlan Nguyen NoneAnd if there's a technical issue, like a connector stops loading or something, what's the process?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneYou can reach out to Hollie or me, and we'll troubleshoot. First response is within four hours for a critical issue.
- Brooke Dawson NoneOkay. I think we're good. When do we start?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneWe'll kick off Week One on Monday. I'll send you a detailed project plan by end of this week.
- Hollie Grieve NoneAnd Brooke, I'll send you a couple of example queries so you can see what the brain can do. Might spark some ideas.
- Brooke Dawson NoneThat'd be helpful. Cheers.
- Lachlan Nguyen NoneWhat about data security? How's all this handled?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneThe brain runs inside your Snowflake account, so your data never leaves your infrastructure. We connect to your systems, Salesforce, your accounting package, but everything is managed in Snowflake.
- Lachlan Nguyen NoneThat's good. And encryption in transit?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneEverything's encrypted end-to-end. We can send you more detail on our security architecture after this call if you want.
- Lachlan Nguyen NoneYeah, that'd be good.
- Hollie Grieve NoneAlright, I think that covers the main points. Brooke, Lachlan, any other questions before we wrap?
- Brooke Dawson NoneNo, I think we're good. Looking forward to getting started.
- Lachlan Nguyen NoneSame. We'll be ready on Monday.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneBrilliant. I'll send the project plan and the security detail to you both today. Looking forward to working with you.
- Hollie Grieve NoneCheers, everyone. Speak soon.
