What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Hamza Akhtar set out the onboarding plan with Monique Fairley and Javier Ortiz: Salesforce first, then calls and tickets, core four connectors by mid-April, whole-team training and go-live by end of April.
What happened: Hamza checked access provisioning. Javier had completed the data request for Salesforce and the call system, while the customer's security team was still reviewing email and ticketing.
Customer view: Monique asked what live means and called the end of April date solid. Javier asked about system load and security review scope, which suggests careful handling of their data.
Commercial: Monique expects all forty users in training, which points to a full rollout. The call shows no pricing or renewal talk.
Watch: The mid-April target depends on security clearing the other systems that week. Hamza said holds would slip the date.

Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Javier Ortiz sends the Salesforce and call system credentials after the call.
- Monique Fairley sends the names and emails of three power users.
- Hamza Akhtar follows up the following week.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Security review of email and ticketing could delay the mid-April connector target.
- Credentials had not yet been handed over, so the Salesforce build depended on Javier sending them after the call.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Training for all forty users could build broad adoption across the merchant success team.
Transcript
- Hamza Akhtar NoneHi, Javier, Monique. Good to see you both. Where are we on access provisioning?
- Javier Ortiz NoneHey, Hamza. I got the data request form yesterday. I've filled it out for Salesforce and our call system. The security team is reviewing the rest, emails and the ticketing system. Should be done by end of week.
- Hamza Akhtar NonePerfect. Can you send me what you have now, even if incomplete? We can build the Salesforce connector while security clears the other systems.
- Javier Ortiz NoneYeah, I'll send it over after this call.
- Monique Fairley NoneAnd once the brain's pulling live data from Salesforce, can we test it with a couple of people?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneAbsolutely. Once Javier hands over credentials, I'll spin up the connector, and by early next week we can have a couple of your team members testing it. They'll see live data from Salesforce: accounts, contacts, call logs, everything linked to the merchant.
- Javier Ortiz NoneCool. What's the load on our systems? Are you hitting Salesforce heavily?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneWe sync data once a night, no real-time polling. One big pull after hours, we process it, and you're done. Salesforce API calls are minimal.
- Monique Fairley NoneWhat about the other connectors? What's the priority order?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneOnce we've got Salesforce live, we'll tackle the call system and tickets in parallel. Those are what your team queries most. After that, emails and finance data. We're aiming to have the core four done by mid-April.
- Javier Ortiz NoneMid-April, so two and a half weeks?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneAssuming security clears the other systems this week. If there are holds, that slips a bit. But we're pushing hard to hit that timeline.
- Monique Fairley NoneWhat do you need from our team to keep things moving?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneQuick turnarounds on questions. Javier, if I ask for a schema change or permission update, I need you to turn it round fast. Monique, identify the power users, the folks who'll test the connectors and then help onboard the rest of your team.
- Monique Fairley NoneI've got three people in mind. I can send you their names and emails.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneGreat. Once I have them, I'll create logins and send them a guide on how to use the brain. By the time we've got Salesforce live, they'll be ready to dig in.
- Javier Ortiz NoneDo they need any training from me, or is yours enough?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneMine covers how to use the brain: search, dashboards, that sort of thing. They don't need Salesforce admin stuff. Just how to query it through the brain.
- Monique Fairley NoneHow long is the training?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneCouple of hours max. We do it live, I'll jump on a call with the three of them, walk them through it, and they're good to play around. If they hit issues, they ask me or Javier.
- Javier Ortiz NoneAnd security review, what does that mean for our systems?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThey're checking how we access your data: encryption, credentials handling, audit logs. We'll provide documentation and they'll sign off. It's pretty standard for fintech. Usually takes a few days.
- Monique Fairley NoneWhen are the formal training sessions, the ones for the whole team?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThose are mid-April, once the main connectors are live. We'll do a couple of sessions so everyone can attend, daytime slot and evening slot for different time zones. You'll want all forty of your users there, or at least a good chunk.
- Monique Fairley NoneThat's workable. I'll get everyone on the calendar.
- Hamza Akhtar NonePerfect. So to recap: Javier sends credentials after this call, I build Salesforce, we test with your power users, then we loop in the other connectors and do the full training session. Live by end of April.
- Monique Fairley NoneEnd of April, that's solid. What does live mean exactly?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneLive means all connectors are built, tested, and data is refreshing every night. Everyone's got logins. Your team has had the training. They can ask questions from day one, but the system is ready for you to use it.
- Javier Ortiz NoneAnd then you hand it off to Amara?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneYeah. Once we're live, I'm there for troubleshooting, but Amara becomes your primary contact. She'll check in with you, run the QBRs, and make sure the brain is driving value for your team.
- Monique Fairley NoneGot it. Sounds like a solid plan.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneCheers. I'll follow up next week.
