What this says
Current to 12 Oct 26On the 11 Mar 2026 renewal call, CFO Vikram Sethi accepted the Growth price at £44,000 and asked for the paperwork. Rebecca Oakes said adoption has picked up. The order form was still to be sent.
What happened: Elena Novak and Priya Raman walked Rebecca Oakes and Vikram Sethi through the year and the renewal terms on Growth. Priya put the subscription at £44,000, quarterly in advance, with no special discount.
Customer view: Rebecca said the team now asks questions that were not asked before and called the price worth it. Vikram reported no support issues and said he was comfortable with the price.
Commercial: This is a verbal agreement only. The evidence does not show an executed order form, which Elena promised to send by Thursday.
Watch: Vikram's first question was what the renewal would cost. Dashboards and the quarterly QBRs on Growth are the next engagement.

Transcript
- Elena Novak NoneGood morning, everyone. Thank you for joining. I had sent a brief agenda: we wanted to review the year you've had with BB-Demo, talk about adoption and value, and then discuss the renewal terms for the coming year. Sound OK?
- Vikram Sethi NoneYes, that's good for us.
- Priya Raman NonePerfect. So, Rebecca, Vikram, this time last year you signed with us on Growth. We've seen some really positive momentum, and we wanted to make sure you're seeing that too. Rebecca, what's the headline for your team over the past twelve months?
- Rebecca Oakes NoneIt's been good, actually. When we first launched it was a bit slow, people needed to understand what it was, but over the last quarter especially, adoption's really picked up. We're running almost twelve active users on average, and we're seeing questions that weren't being asked before. Complaints linked to staffing, performance patterns we didn't know existed. It's becoming part of how we work.
- Elena Novak NoneThat's excellent. And Vikram, from a business perspective, what have you seen?
- Vikram Sethi NoneYeah, I mean, we've had no support issues, the system's been stable, and Rebecca's team seems to be getting value out of it. I can see why they want to keep using it. My question is really, what's the renewal going to cost, and what are we getting for that?
- Priya Raman NoneGreat question. So, let me put a number on it. You're on Growth at the moment, forty-four thousand a year, that's the list price, but the implementation included on your first term, you paid thirty-nine thousand six hundred. So the next year, it would be forty-four thousand for the subscription, quarterly in advance, co-termed to your renewal date of 23 April.
- Vikram Sethi NoneSo that's, what, a four-thousand-pound increase year on year?
- Priya Raman NoneThat's right. And here's the thing: your active users are up twenty-five per cent quarter on quarter, you've had zero support issues, the data's fresh, and you're asking questions that are driving real decisions across your practice group. You're getting the full value out of Growth, and frankly, the increase reflects that. Plus, it keeps you on standard terms with no special discount applied.
- Rebecca Oakes NoneI'd say it's worth it. The questions we can ask now, the things we can see, that was the whole point. And it's working.
- Elena Novak NoneI would add: Growth gives you quarterly QBRs with Priya, which we didn't do in the first year. You'll have a dedicated rhythm to plan bigger projects, like the dashboards you've talked about, and to make sure we're aligned with your goals. That's included.
- Vikram Sethi NoneOK. And if we sign up now, what does the timeline look like?
- Priya Raman NoneWe'd get an order form to you by end of week, you'd review and sign, and we'd activate the new term immediately on your renewal date, 23 April. No gaps, no downtime. You keep all your data and all your users.
- Rebecca Oakes NoneAnd do we need to do anything on our end to prepare?
- Elena Novak NoneNo, nothing on your end. We handle the transition. I will, as agreed, send you a summary of this call and the order form by Thursday. Once Vikram signs, we're done.
- Vikram Sethi NoneThat works for us. I'm comfortable with the price given what Rebecca's described. Send the paperwork over.
- Priya Raman NoneBrilliant. And Vikram, once you've signed and we're into the new term, Elena and I will set up a kick-off call to plan that first quarterly QBR for May. We'll want to understand your goals for the next twelve months, so we can line up the data and the features to support that.
- Rebecca Oakes NoneThat sounds good. We've got some ideas for what we'd like to do with dashboards, so it'll be good to workshop that with you.
- Elena Novak NonePerfect. I will make sure to capture all of this in writing, and I'll confirm the timeline for the first QBR once the order form is signed. That gives you a month to prepare if you'd like. Thank you all for a really positive conversation.
- Vikram Sethi NoneCheers. We're happy to continue.
