What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Jade Kenwright and Database Administrator Kayleigh Roberts saw the brain demonstrated and asked about access, support and cost. Next is a demo on Garrow Lusk's live data, which needs Kayleigh to arrange read-only access.
What happened: Nell Ashcombe and Tobias Renwick demonstrated search, chat and pages on 23 Mar 2023. Kayleigh Roberts asked who can see what and what happens when a connector breaks.
Customer view: Jade restated the pain of checking three systems for every client or invoice question. Both agreed the own-data demo was the right next step.
Commercial: Nell proposed Starter with a six thousand pound implementation fee and quoted a first-year all-in cost of twenty-three thousand five hundred fifty. The evidence does not show how that figure was built.
Watch: Kayleigh must get read-only access from the Salesforce admin, and Tobias wanted it by the end of that week.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Kayleigh Roberts to arrange read-only Salesforce and accounting access by the end of that week.
- Tobias Renwick to build the demo on Garrow Lusk's live data and walk Jade and Kayleigh through it.
- Nell Ashcombe to send a summary of the call and next dates.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- The own-data demo depends on Kayleigh getting read-only access from the Salesforce admin, who was not on the call.
- Connector reliability was raised, so a demo on live data must show sync working.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Move from the own-data demo to a Starter proposal if the walk-through lands well.
- Growth in users or connectors beyond fifteen and four was mentioned as possible later.
Transcript
- Nell Ashcombe NoneHi Jade, Kayleigh, morning. Thanks for finding time. I think Tobias is just joining now, yeah?
- Tobias Renwick NoneSorry, just grabbing a coffee. Right, I'm here.
- Jade Kenwright NoneNo worries. Looking forward to this.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneGood. So the idea today is to walk through the brain, that's our AI layer over your data, and show you how it could work for Garrow Lusk. I think you mentioned on the discovery call that you're bouncing between the CRM, the spreadsheets and the emails to answer questions about placements and invoices?
- Jade Kenwright NoneExactly that. Every time someone asks about a client account or why an invoice went out late, we're checking three different systems. It's slow.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneRight. So what if you could ask one thing and get the answer back in seconds, with all the context from those systems in one place? That's what the brain does. Tobias, shall I share the screen?
- Tobias Renwick NoneGo ahead.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneSo here's the interface. You've got search at the top, chat in the middle, and this is the pages view, custom dashboards your team can build themselves. The brain sits inside your own Snowflake account, so the data never leaves your control.
- Kayleigh Roberts NoneSo it's querying our Snowflake directly?
- Tobias Renwick NoneYes. We set up connectors to pull data from your CRM, your call recorder, emails, and accounting system into Snowflake, all running there. The brain then indexes those and makes them searchable and queryable. You control the access and the retention.
- Kayleigh Roberts NoneThat's good. Who can see what, then?
- Tobias Renwick NoneYou set it. Typically we see teams sharing search and chat across a department, and admins like you controlling who can build dashboards or see sensitive data. You define the rules.
- Jade Kenwright NoneAnd how long does it take to set up?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneFor Starter, which is what I think fits you, it's a four-week implementation. That includes us configuring the connectors to your systems, doing a security review with Kayleigh, and then training your team on how to use it. The implementation fee is six thousand pounds.
- Jade Kenwright NoneAnd then what's the ongoing cost?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneSo your all-in cost for the first year is twenty-three thousand five hundred fifty. That covers up to fifteen users and four connectors. If you grow beyond that, we can add more, but that's the base.
- Kayleigh Roberts NoneWhat happens if one of the connectors breaks, like if Salesforce changes something?
- Tobias Renwick NoneWe monitor them, and if something breaks, we fix it. You'd see a notification that data isn't refreshing, and we'd get on it same day. It's part of the support we include.
- Jade Kenwright NoneOK. And can we do a demo on our own data?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneThat's exactly what we want to do next. We'd need read-only access to your Salesforce and your accounting system for a couple of hours, and Tobias would build a mock brain on your live data so you can see what it actually looks like when it's asking questions about your clients and placements.
- Jade Kenwright NoneYeah, that would really help.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneGreat. So let's get that access set up, Kayleigh, can you handle that?
- Kayleigh Roberts NoneI'll need to ask our Salesforce admin, but should be fine. How long do you need it?
- Tobias Renwick NoneIdeally we'd like it by end of this week so we can have a demo back to you early next week.
- Kayleigh Roberts NoneI'll get onto it.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneBrilliant. So the next step is you send us that access, we build the demo on your data, and we'll come back with a walk-through for you both. Then if it looks good, we can move to a proposal. Does that work?
- Jade Kenwright NoneYes, that sounds right.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneCheers. I'll send over a summary after the call with what we've covered and the next dates. Anything else?
- Jade Kenwright NoneNo, I think that's good. Thanks, both.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneThanks. Speak soon.
