What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Onboarding call on 7 Jan 2026. The orders connector is loading again after a credentials fix. Only Bas and Femke use the brain so far. Training for Joost is to be planned, and the helpdesk connector awaits an IT API user.
What happened: The high priority orders ticket was a credentials problem on the source side. Laura re-authorised it and Bas saw record counts rising during the call.
Customer view: Femke asked whether account managers use it and was told only Bas and she do, with a couple of others logging in once. She asked to plan training now, starting with Joost, and prefers that BB-Demo does not promise the credit view before it is real.
Commercial: Growth gives forty users and eight connectors, and three are planned. No price or renewal was discussed.
Watch: The helpdesk connector is blocked until IT creates a read-only API user. Credit queries sit partly in unstructured finance emails.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Bas Kuijpers asks IT for the helpdesk API user today and speaks to finance about credit queries this week.
- Laura Penhaligon sets up the helpdesk connector once the user arrives and sets a training date with Joost.
- Femke van Gestel keeps the account managers engaged and tells Laura who joins.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Only Bas and Femke actively use the brain, so adoption among account managers has not started.
- The helpdesk connector is blocked until IT creates a read-only API user.
- Credit queries are partly unstructured finance emails and may not be deliverable soon.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- A training session with Joost on his own installer accounts could seed wider team adoption.
- Eight connectors are available on Growth, so sources such as spreadsheets and the finance mailbox can follow later.
Transcript
- Laura Penhaligon NoneHello, can you hear me all right?
- Femke van Gestel NoneYes, loud and clear. Hi Laura. Bas is just joining, I see him in the lobby.
- Bas Kuijpers NoneHi, sorry, my headset was on the wrong input. Can you hear me now?
- Laura Penhaligon NonePerfectly. Good to see you both. How's the first week back been, after the break?
- Femke van Gestel NoneBusy. Everybody has a list. But good busy. Okay, let's make it practical. Last time we agreed some actions. Bas, the admin access and the list of sources. Laura, the connector plan. Where are we?
- Bas Kuijpers NoneThe admin access is done. I am the admin, and Femke is the second one, so if I am on holiday there is someone. The list of sources I have, yes, but it is not complete. Some things live in spreadsheets, and I am not sure they count.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneThey can count, but let's keep them for later. Spreadsheets are the part that goes stale quickest, so I would start with the systems that refresh by themselves. Is that fine?
- Femke van Gestel NoneYes. What is the plan, then? Which sources first?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneSo you are on Growth, which gives you forty users and eight connectors. Eight is plenty to start, but I would not use them all in the first weeks. My suggestion: the orders from your ERP, the CRM for the account managers, and the helpdesk for the delivery complaints. Those three give you the single view per installer that you bought this for.
- Bas Kuijpers NoneThe orders one is the one we already tried. That is the ticket I raised last week. It would not load the records.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneRight, yes, I saw it. That was the high priority one. It was a credentials problem on the source side, we re-authorised it and it has been loading since. Can you see records coming in on your side?
- Bas Kuijpers NoneGive me a second. Mm. Yes, I see the counts going up. Okay, good. I was a bit nervous about that one.
- Femke van Gestel NoneGood. Next question. Do the account managers use it? Because for now, it is only Bas and me, I think.
- Bas Kuijpers NoneOnly us, mostly. A couple of others logged in once, to look around.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneThat is normal at this stage, honestly. There is not much to look at until the sources are in. Once the three connectors are loaded we can do a training session with the account managers, using their own installers. That is when people start asking questions.
- Femke van Gestel NoneThen let's plan the training now. Not later. Who should come? I would say Joost first, he has the biggest installer accounts. Then the rest of the team.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneJoost is a good choice. If one account manager does well with it, the others follow. I would keep that first group small, so he can ask everything.
- Bas Kuijpers NoneI can prepare a list of his main installers, so the demo is on real accounts.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneThat would be ideal. And the credit queries, are those in the ERP or somewhere else? Because that is one of the things you wanted in the same view.
- Bas Kuijpers NonePartly the ERP. Partly emails from the finance team. Those are not structured at all.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneOkay. Then the emails come as a second step. We can connect the mailbox later, but first let me check what the finance team needs, because I do not want to promise the credit view before it is real.
- Femke van Gestel NoneYes. Do not promise, make it work. I prefer that. Bas, you talk to finance this week. Action for you.
- Bas Kuijpers NoneNoted. This week.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneLet me share my screen, so you can see the connector page. Can you see it? The three I mentioned are at the top, and here is the status for each one.
- Bas Kuijpers NoneYes, I see it. The helpdesk one is still grey.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneGrey means not started. I need an API user from you for that one. It should be read-only, nothing more. Is that something you can create, or does IT have to?
- Bas Kuijpers NoneA colleague in IT has to do it. I will ask today.
- Femke van Gestel NoneAsk today, and tell me if they say no. Then I will talk to them. Next, the refresh. When do the account managers see new data? In the morning, when they start?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneYes. The nightly refresh finishes before seven in the morning, your time, on business days. So when they sit down at their desk, the numbers are from the night before.
- Femke van Gestel NoneGood. That is what they need. Delivery complaints from yesterday, solved today.
- Bas Kuijpers NoneOne more question, about the licences. Forty users. We are not close to that. Is there a problem if we only fill part of them at the start?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneNo problem at all. The forty are yours to use as people come in. Nobody needs to be added in advance. Though if you want, I can help you set up the roles, so that new people land on the right pages.
- Femke van Gestel NoneYes, let's do that. Let's make it practical. Summary, please. Who does what?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneSure. Bas: the API user for the helpdesk through IT, the list of Joost's installers, and a word with finance about the credit queries. Me: the helpdesk connector once the user arrives, a check that the orders records keep growing, and a date for the training with Joost. Femke: you keep the account managers warm, and tell me who joins.
- Femke van Gestel NoneFine. And I will check the actions again next time, so be ready.
- Bas Kuijpers NoneWe will be.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneI will send the notes this afternoon, with the connector status. Thanks both, speak soon.
- Femke van Gestel NoneThank you, Laura. Bye.
- Bas Kuijpers NoneBye, thanks.
