What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Anya Petrova demoed the brain on illustrative data. Aoife Mulcahy liked the usage view but needs her boss in the room before buying. Sophie Ling restated Growth at £53,800 all-in, with 1 Aug 2025 as a target.
What happened: Anya showed a ranked list of agency groups with falling usage and near renewals, plus a renewals watchlist dashboard. Niamh Fogarty asked about Snowflake location, freshness and connector access.
Customer view: Aoife said this is what she does by hand on a Sunday night with three spreadsheets. She also said she does not buy anything without her boss in the room.
Commercial: Growth was quoted at £53,800, all-in with implementation. Sophie noted 40 users are included and 1 Aug 2025 is the target, which Aoife can move.
Watch: The decision-maker was not on the call. Aoife only said she would see how the next conversations go.

- Aoife's reply on timing was non-committal and the 1 Aug 2025 target is hers to move.
- Niamh Fogarty's security and IT access questions could slow connector set-up.
Opportunities

Transcript
- Sophie Ling NoneHello, hello. Can you hear us all right? Anya's just joining as well.
- Aoife Mulcahy NoneI can, grand. Niamh, are you there? I've got you on my screen but no sound.
- Niamh Fogarty NoneSorry, sorry, I was on mute. Good afternoon, everyone.
- Anya Petrova NoneAfternoon. Yes, I'm here. Thanks for making time on a Monday, I know the start of the week is usually a scramble.
- Aoife Mulcahy NoneAh, it's always a scramble. We've two renewals landing this month that I'm watching like a hawk, so I'm glad of the distraction, to be honest.
- Sophie Ling NoneThat's actually a good place to start, because that's what we want to show you today. Anya's going to walk through the brain, and Aoife, you said last time the question is basically which agencies are drifting before they get to renewal.
- Aoife Mulcahy NoneExactly that. Which agencies are at the edge? Right now I find out when the notice lands, and by then it's a conversation about price instead of a conversation about value.
- Anya Petrova NoneRight. So what I've done is build a small demo environment using the shape of the data you described. Support tickets, renewal dates and product usage, all keyed by agency group. It's not your live data yet, so please treat the numbers as illustrative. But the structure is what you'd get.
- Niamh Fogarty NoneCan I ask one thing before you start? Where does this actually sit? Because our security people will ask me that within about ten seconds.
- Anya Petrova NoneGood question, and it's the first thing to say. It runs inside your own Snowflake account. We don't copy your data out to us. The connectors land the data in your warehouse and the brain sits on top of that.
- Niamh Fogarty NoneOkay. That helps. Mm. That helps a lot actually.
- Anya Petrova NoneGreat. Let me share my screen. Give me a moment, it's loading the workspace.
- Anya Petrova NoneRight, can you see that? This is the home page. Over on the left you've got your sources, so the helpdesk, the CRM, and the usage data. Each of those is a connector. Growth gives you up to eight, which for what you've described is plenty.
- Aoife Mulcahy NoneShow me the usage. That's the bit I care about.
- Anya Petrova NoneOf course. So I'll just ask it in plain English. Which agency groups have lower product usage this quarter than last, and renew soon?
- Anya Petrova NoneAnd there it comes. You get a ranked list, with the renewal date next to each group, the change in activity, and underneath you can open the evidence. So here, this group's logins have dropped, tickets have gone up, and the renewal is close.
- Aoife Mulcahy NoneOh, that's lovely. That's the thing I do by hand on a Sunday night with three spreadsheets. And can it tell me why? Like, is it a feature they're not using?
- Anya Petrova NoneIt can show you what they have and haven't touched, and it'll quote the tickets so you can read the actual words. What it won't do is guess at a motive. It shows you the evidence and you make the call.
- Aoife Mulcahy NoneGood. I'd rather that than a made-up reason.
- Sophie Ling NoneAnd everything's cited, so when you take it to your own leadership you can point at the source.
- Niamh Fogarty NoneHow fresh is it? Because if I'm looking at yesterday's tickets and someone's raised an escalation this morning, I need to know.
- Anya Petrova NoneIt refreshes overnight, and it's complete by seven in the morning your time on business days. So in the morning you're looking at yesterday's picture, not this morning's. For live escalations you'd still go to the helpdesk.
- Niamh Fogarty NoneFine. That's what I assumed. I just wanted it said.
- Anya Petrova NoneLet me do another one. I'll build a quick dashboard from this so you can see how a view gets saved.
- Anya Petrova NoneSo there, a renewals watchlist, grouped by month. You can share that with your team and it updates every night. Growth includes the dashboard builder, and Niamh, you'd likely be the person setting these up.
- Niamh Fogarty NoneYeah, that'd be me. I'd want to be able to change the filters without raising a ticket with you.
- Anya Petrova NoneYou would. Admins can edit these directly. Nothing you build needs us.
- Aoife Mulcahy NoneHow many of my people can use it? I've got a handful of CSMs and then the account managers on the commercial side, and I'd like them all in eventually.
- Sophie Ling NoneGrowth comes with forty users, so you've room. If you outgrow it we can add users in blocks of ten, but I wouldn't worry about that at the start.
- Aoife Mulcahy NoneGrand. Now, I'll be straight with you, I don't buy anything without my boss in the room. So whatever comes next, I'd want a shape I can walk him through.
- Sophie Ling NoneCompletely understood. What I'd suggest is I send you a proposal in the next few days. Growth, and the total is £53,800, that's all in with the implementation included, so there's no separate one-off to chase.
- Aoife Mulcahy NoneOkay. Fifty-three eight, all in. And if we wanted it live for the autumn?
- Sophie Ling NoneThen we're looking at signing around the start of August. I've pencilled Friday 1 August 2025 as the target, but that's yours to move, not mine.
- Aoife Mulcahy NoneThat's reasonable. Let me see how the next conversations go.
- Niamh Fogarty NoneCan I get a list of exactly what you'd need access to, for the connectors? Just so I can get ahead of IT.
- Anya Petrova NoneYes. I'll write that up per source, what permissions and what data, and send it with the notes. If there's anything IT wants changed, tell us and we'll adjust the design.
- Aoife Mulcahy NoneAnd maybe one of your other engineers could do a second session, a deeper one, with Siobhán and the rest of the team? She's the one who'd live in it day to day.
- Sophie Ling NoneOf course. I'll find a time and bring in one of our solutions engineers. I'll send options this week.
- Aoife Mulcahy NoneThanks a million, all of you. That was really useful.
- Niamh Fogarty NoneCheers. Speak soon.
