- Philip will not push colleagues to adopt it, so growth relies on word of mouth.

Transcript
- Daniel OkaforAfternoon, Philip. Can you hear me all right? Thank you for making the time, I know the end of the day is never easy.
- Philip AnnearAfternoon, Daniel. Yes, loud and clear. I've got half an hour, so shall we crack on?
- Daniel OkaforOf course. It's just the two of us, I think? I wasn't sure whether Dan from your side was joining.
- Philip AnnearJust me. He's tied up with a depot system issue, nothing to do with you. Who's using it, Daniel? That's what I'd like to know first.
- Daniel OkaforGood, that's exactly where I wanted to start. You have fifty licensed users, and over the last month or so around eleven people have been active on an average day. That's up by nearly a fifth compared with the quarter before.
- Philip AnnearEleven out of fifty. Hm.
- Daniel OkaforI know, it's not the whole headcount. But the trend is the right way round, and the people using it are using it properly. The account managers are the heavy users, and they tell me it saves them chasing three or four places before a client review.
- Philip AnnearWhich is what we bought it for. What does it save us, though, in practice? I'm not asking for a number, just whether anybody would notice if it went away.
- Daniel OkaforI think they would notice, yes. When I spoke to a couple of them, the answer was that they'd go back to pulling things together by hand before a contract review. How is the team finding it, from what you hear?
- Philip AnnearI don't hear much, which in my experience is mostly good. People complain loudly when something doesn't work. Nobody's complained.
- Daniel OkaforThat fits what I see on our side. One ticket in the last month, and it was a routine question, nothing urgent. Nothing high priority at all.
- Philip AnnearGood. And invoicing. Any surprises coming?
- Daniel OkaforNone that I know of. You're on Growth at forty-seven thousand five hundred a year, the invoices match the order form, and nothing is overdue. Just to close the loop, that's the same figure you've paid since the start.
- Philip AnnearRight. I like it when those three things agree.
- Daniel OkaforMe too. Can I ask about the rest of the year, from your side? The term runs to 27 Dec 2025, and I would rather you heard from me early than late.
- Philip AnnearSend me the renewal in good time, that's all I ask. I don't renew on autopilot, you know that. If the usage holds up and I can see it, I'll sign without a fuss.
- Daniel OkaforUnderstood, and that's fair. The renewal falls on 28 Dec 2025. I'll come back to you well ahead of that with the usage picture laid out simply, so you're not hunting for it.
- Philip AnnearSimply is the word. One page, if you can.
- Daniel OkaforOne page. I'll write it with you in mind. Is there anything about the depots that has changed? I seem to remember the two satellite sites being part of why you wanted everyone in one place.
- Philip AnnearSame as before. Avonmouth and the two satellites. Busy, but steady. The pharmaceutical clients keep us honest, they audit everything.
- Daniel OkaforI'm sure they do. Well, if the account managers want a few more people on it, there's plenty of headroom within the fifty, so there's no cost to you in adding colleagues.
- Philip AnnearI'll mention it to the managers. Not going to push anyone, mind. Tools get used when people want them.
- Daniel OkaforAgreed. I'd sooner it grew by word of mouth. If it helps, I can send a short note you could forward, nothing heavy.
- Philip AnnearThat would be fine. Short, though.
- Daniel OkaforAlways. Right, so just to recap: usage is moving up, one quiet ticket, invoices in line, and I'll send you a one-page picture ahead of the renewal. Anything else you'd like me to look at?
- Philip AnnearNo, that's everything. Thank you, Daniel. Useful, and short, which I appreciate.
- Daniel OkaforThank you, Philip. Best wishes to you and the team. Speak soon.
- Philip AnnearCheers. Bye.
