What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26On 15 Jan 2026 Lewis Kerr walked Sara Forsberg and the CFO, Gustav, through the Starter proposal: four connectors, 15 users, £28,000 for year one. Both leaned towards signing and asked for the order form.
What happened: Lewis recapped scope, price and timeline. Sara and Gustav asked about growth, add-on cost, training and what happens after signature, then asked for the order form.
Customer view: Sara asked about adding production later, which shows interest beyond one team. Gustav called the timeline tight but both agreed to aim for mid-January.
Commercial: Lewis stated £28,000 for year one covering implementation and subscription. He also said the v1 pricing would hold in year two if they signed before the end of the year.
Watch: that price lock was a verbal promise on the call. It should be checked against the executed order form, because v2 list prices already applied to new business by this date.

Follow-up
Next steps

Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- The verbal promise that v1 pricing holds in year two may not match the executed order form.
- Four weeks to go live, with a tight start, leaves little room for slippage.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Sara asked about adding production later, which points to a Growth upgrade or extra users and connectors.
- Add-on users and connectors were discussed as a few thousand a year.
Transcript
- Lewis Kerr NoneSara, Gustav, thanks for the time. I hope you've had a chance to look at the proposal?
- Sara Forsberg NoneYes, we've had a read through. It's clear, you've laid out what we get and what it costs.
- Lewis Kerr NoneGood. So today I want to walk through the scope, answer any questions, and make sure we're aligned before we move to signature.
- Gustav Åberg NoneYes, let's do that.
- Lewis Kerr NoneRight. So to recap: we're building four connectors: your Salesforce CRM, Outlook email, the project management system, and we'll get you set up with a call recorder as well. Those four feed into the brain inside your Snowflake account, and they refresh every night.
- Lewis Kerr NoneYou get up to 15 users on day one: that's Sara, her team, people in sales, people in finance. They can query across all four systems from one place. Pages, chat, search.
- Sara Forsberg NoneAnd if we want to add more teams later, say production?
- Lewis Kerr NoneOn Starter you'd be capped at 15 and four connectors. If you wanted to expand, you'd move to Growth, that's 40 users, eight connectors. Or you could add users as an add-on, or a fifth connector.
- Sara Forsberg NoneWhat's the add-on cost?
- Lewis Kerr NoneExtra users and connectors have an add-on cost, a few thousand a year typically. We can talk about those if you need them.
- Gustav Åberg NoneOkay. And the implementation, how long does that actually take?
- Lewis Kerr NoneFour weeks. We work with you to map the connectors: so we get the right fields from Salesforce, set up the call recorder, all of that. By week four you've got a brain that's pulling live data every night.
- Sara Forsberg NoneDo we need to do anything special on our side?
- Lewis Kerr NoneMinimal, really. You confirm the data you want to pull in, you give us access to the systems, and you nominate someone to be the admin on our side. That's probably you or someone in your IT team.
- Gustav Åberg NoneThat's fine. What about the cost, did you want to walk through it again?
- Lewis Kerr NoneOf course. £28,000 for year one, all-in. That's implementation, getting the brain built and live, and the annual subscription. Standard terms are 30 days' notice and a one-year commitment.
- Sara Forsberg NoneAnd year two?
- Lewis Kerr NoneIt renews at the subscription rate. The v1 pricing that you're getting locked in this year would stay the same in year two when you renew, as long as you sign before the end of the year.
- Gustav Åberg NoneThat's good to know. What about training? Will our people know how to use it?
- Lewis Kerr NoneYes. We run an on-site training day, normally as part of the implementation, and then you get access to help docs and we do a six-monthly check-in to see how it's going and answer questions.
- Sara Forsberg NoneSo what happens after we sign? What's the timeline?
- Lewis Kerr NoneOnce I've got a signed order form, we schedule a kick-off meeting to scope out the connectors. Then we're in implementation for four weeks. You should be live by end of February if you sign in mid-January.
- Gustav Åberg NoneThat's tight. Can we do that?
- Sara Forsberg NoneI think so. Let's aim for mid-January. Lewis, can you send us the order form?
- Lewis Kerr NoneI'll send it this week. It'll have all this in it: the four connectors, the user count, the pricing, the implementation timeline, the support terms. You just need to sign and send it back.
- Sara Forsberg NoneAnd who's our main contact once we're live?
- Lewis Kerr NoneI'm your contact through implementation. Once you're live, you'll have a CSM, customer success manager, who'll do the six-monthly check-ins and help you get the most out of the brain.
- Gustav Åberg NoneGood. I think we're ready. Let's get the order form over and we'll get back to you.
- Lewis Kerr NoneBrilliant. I'll send it today. Kind regards.
