What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Demo on Kilcarra Medical's own Salesforce and call data. Roisin Quigley said it is what they have been trying to do manually, and Roisin Clarke asked for a proposal with pricing and terms.
What happened: Theo Gallagher ran the 20 Aug 2026 demo on Kilcarra's live Salesforce and call data, covering search, dashboards, refresh timing and user limits. Matteo Ricci closed by asking to send a proposal.
Customer view: Roisin Quigley said the search is what the team has been doing by hand. Roisin Clarke asked whether her team could build the dashboards themselves and said yes to the proposal.
Commercial: This is Starter, with 15 users and four connectors. Three connectors are in use: Salesforce, calls and ticketing.
Watch: Dashboards were shown and promised to the team, but the dashboards builder belongs to Growth, not Starter. The proposal needs to make that clear.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Matteo Ricci to send the proposal with pricing and terms, which he promised that week.
- State plainly in the proposal which features Starter includes and which need Growth.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Dashboards were demonstrated and offered to the team, but the dashboards builder is a Growth feature, so expectations may not match Starter.
- Starter has a hard limit of four connectors, so any source beyond that needs a higher tier.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Kilcarra could add email or a billing system as a fourth connector within Starter.
- Interest in dashboards is a natural route to Growth.
