What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Proposal call on 1 Jun 2026. Kirsty Walsh and Neil Ashby found the Starter pricing sensible and raised users, exit, upgrade and connector questions. Sophie Ling promised the order form by end of week.
What happened: Sophie Ling walked Kirsty Walsh and Neil Ashby through the Starter proposal on 1 Jun 2026. Both said it looked sensible and Neil called it solid.
Commercial: The proposal is Starter at £22,000 a year plus £6,000 implementation, four weeks from signature. Kirsty tested user growth beyond fifteen, early exit, a later move to Growth and a fifth connector.
Customer view: Kirsty was told the term is annual with ninety days' notice and that extra users come in blocks. She also heard that a Growth upgrade would be quoted and pro-rated.
Watch: The evidence does not show that the order form was sent or signed. Until it is executed, this remains an open proposal.

Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Sophie Ling sends the Starter order form promised for the end of that week.
- Confirm whether Stourleigh Logistics has signed and, if so, start the four-week implementation.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- The order form is unsigned, so the deal is still a proposal and the evidence does not show a signature.
- Kirsty asked about exit rights, which suggests some caution about commitment for the full year.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Kirsty's question about going to twenty users points to an additional user pack on Starter.
- Her Growth upgrade question and the possible finance connector are later expansion routes.
Transcript
- Sophie Ling NoneMorning, Neil, Kirsty. Thanks for making time. Have you had a chance to look at the proposal and pricing we sent?
- Neil Ashby NoneYeah, we've reviewed it. Pretty clear layout.
- Kirsty Walsh NoneI've had a look as well. A few questions, but generally it looks sensible.
- Sophie Ling NoneGreat. What are the main questions?
- Kirsty Walsh NoneSo the pricing, it says twenty-two thousand annual for Starter, six thousand for implementation. That's twenty-eight all-in for year one. Can you walk me through what that covers?
- Sophie Ling NoneAbsolutely. So Starter is our entry tier. You get one team, up to fifteen users, four connectors: in your case, Salesforce and despatch are the priority. The six thousand covers our implementation: scoping, security checks, connector build and test, and training for your team. Takes us four weeks. Then the annual subscription renews each year.
- Kirsty Walsh NoneAnd if we want to add more users later? Say we go to twenty?
- Sophie Ling NoneWe'd quote you for an additional user pack. It's not pro-rated, you'd buy in blocks. But it's way cheaper than upgrading the whole tier, so it's an option to scale as you grow.
- Neil Ashby NoneOn the implementation, you mention it's four weeks. When does that start from?
- Sophie Ling NoneFrom the date you sign the order form. So if you signed at the end of June, you'd be live four weeks later.
- Neil Ashby NoneAnd what if we need it faster?
- Sophie Ling NoneWe could potentially compress it a bit, but four weeks is fairly tight for setting up connectors properly. I'd suggest sticking to that timeline.
- Kirsty Walsh NoneThe contract says annual with ninety days' notice for renewal. If we decide it's not working, can we exit early?
- Sophie Ling NoneThe contract is annual, so you're committed for the twelve months. But if something goes wrong or we're not delivering, we should talk about it. We'd rather solve problems than have you unhappy.
- Kirsty Walsh NoneFair enough. And after year one, if we want to upgrade to Growth, how does that work?
- Sophie Ling NoneWe'd quote you for the upgrade. Growth is more expensive but you get forty users and eight connectors instead of fifteen users and four. At renewal, we'd offer you the Growth pricing and you'd pay the difference for the remainder of that contract year, pro-rated.
- Neil Ashby NoneOkay. And what happens if we want to add another connector during the year, say finance?
- Sophie Ling NoneYou've got four connectors included. If you want a fifth, there's an add-on cost per additional connector. That's documented in the proposal. You'd need to give us a couple of weeks' notice to scope and build it.
- Kirsty Walsh NoneAll right, I think that covers the main points. Are you happy, Neil?
- Neil Ashby NoneI am. Looks solid.
- Sophie Ling NoneBrilliant. So I'll send you the order form by end of week. You get your team to review, make sure you're happy, and when you're ready, sign and send it back. Once we have that, we'll kick off the implementation and you'll be live within four weeks.
- Kirsty Walsh NonePerfect. Cheers, Sophie.
