What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Kirsty Priestley saw a demo built on Marrowby's own Salesforce, production and accounting data. She was keen and asked about margin, inventory turnover and building dashboards, which points to Growth. No commercial step was agreed in the transcript.
What happened: Lewis Kerr and Theo Gallagher showed Kirsty a product profitability view and a customer margin against order volume query, built on her own systems. The 17 Sep 2026 demo ran for 54 minutes.
Customer view: Kirsty called the margin and order volume answer really useful. She checked whether the data was current and was told it refreshes nightly, so she sees yesterday's data by morning.
Commercial: She asked about building dashboards, which Theo tied to the Growth tier and training during implementation. Lewis pitched role-based views for production and finance.
Watch: Inventory turnover depends on the production system tracking inventory, which was not confirmed. The call shows no price, timeline or decision process.

Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Lewis Kerr to confirm with Kirsty what the production system holds on inventory.
- Lewis Kerr to agree the next commercial step with Kirsty, as none was set on the call.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Inventory turnover depends on the production system tracking inventory, which the call did not confirm.
- Nightly refresh means yesterday's data, and Kirsty asked whether it was updated to today.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Kirsty's interest in building her own dashboards maps to the Growth tier and its dashboards builder.

Transcript
- Lewis Kerr NoneHi Kirsty, thanks for getting us the data access. I've got Theo, one of our Solutions Engineers, and he's built a demo on your Snowflake with your Salesforce, production, and accounting data.
- Kirsty Priestley NoneBrilliant. I'm keen to see how this looks on our actual systems.
- Theo Gallagher NoneSo Kirsty, what I've done is connect Salesforce order data, pulled in production costs, and accounting revenue. The brain is queryable across all three. Let me show you a product profitability dashboard, here's margin by product line. Chilled is higher margin than frozen, which you might know, but now you can see it broken down by customer too.
- Kirsty Priestley NoneAnd if I refresh this, that's updated to today's data?
- Theo Gallagher NoneTo be precise, we refresh nightly from your systems, so by morning you're seeing yesterday's data. Complete sync from Salesforce, production, and accounting. The brain then answers any question against that snapshot.
- Kirsty Priestley NoneGot it. What if I ask: which customers are highest margin, and what's their order volume?
- Theo Gallagher NoneGood question. So that's margin from accounting and revenue joined with order volume from Salesforce. There, your top-margin customers and their order frequency. So you can spot your most profitable relationships and which ones are volume plays.
- Kirsty Priestley NoneThat's really useful. And inventory? Can we see inventory turnover?
- Theo Gallagher NoneYeah. If your production system tracks inventory, we'd pull that into the brain and you'd be able to ask about turnover by product, by location, all of that. During implementation, we'd validate exactly what you want to track and build it in.
- Kirsty Priestley NoneOkay. And building our own dashboards, is that something we could do?
- Theo Gallagher NoneYeah. The dashboard builder is part of Growth. You create a dashboard, point it at any question, share it with teams. We'd train your people on how to do that during the implementation.
- Lewis Kerr NoneSo your production team could have their own view, inventory and orders. Finance could have profitability. Everyone's looking at the same data, but filtered for their role.
