What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Chris Riley, Head of Data, saw a Growth-tier demo on Ashlowe test CRM and call data and said he can see how it works for them. He will show it to Neil and the team before any follow-up. No commercial terms were discussed.
What happened: Hannah Lowe ran live natural language queries on test consultation and call records for Chris Riley. Lewis Kerr hosted and closed by pointing Chris towards a conversation with Neil.
Customer view: Chris asked about refresh speed, self-service queries, adding an HR connector and who handles breakages. He called the dashboards builder pretty intuitive and said he could see how it works for Ashlowe.
Commercial: Hannah referred to Growth, with eight connectors included and a one-hour response during business hours. No price, order form or timeline was discussed.
Watch: Neil did not attend, and the transcript does not show his role or view. Chris will take the demo to him, so the decision sits outside the call.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Hannah Lowe to send Chris Riley the demo recording and the connector and data model documentation.
- Lewis Kerr to follow up with Chris after he has shown the demo to Neil and the team.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Neil did not attend and the evidence does not show his role, so the decision path is unclear.
- Refresh is nightly, not real time, which Chris may weigh against his reporting needs.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- An HR system connector was raised as a likely later addition beyond the eight included.
- The dashboards builder suits Growth and drew a positive reaction.
Transcript
- Hannah Lowe NoneHi Chris, Lewis. Can you hear me okay?
- Chris Riley NoneYep, loud and clear.
- Lewis Kerr NoneAll good here. Thanks for making the time.
- Hannah Lowe NoneBefore I dive into the demo, what would be most useful for you to see today?
- Chris Riley NoneI want to see how it actually works with our data. We pulled some test data, consultations and call records, and I'd like to see if it can answer real questions we get asked. Like, which clinics had the highest volume, or which consultations led to follow-ups.
- Hannah Lowe NonePerfect. To be precise, I've loaded a small dataset with your test CRM records and some call summaries. Let me screen-share and show you how this works in practice. So I'm going to ask the brain a natural language question and show you what it returns.
- Hannah Lowe NoneHere's the brain's chat interface. So I'm going to type: 'Give me consultation volume by clinic for last month.' And watch what happens.
- Hannah Lowe NoneSo it's processed that query and come back with a breakdown. You can see the numbers by location. That's from your CRM records, pulled in seconds.
- Chris Riley NoneThat's useful. And I could ask it anything about the records?
- Hannah Lowe NoneEssentially, yes. Any question that can be answered from the data in the brain. Let me show you another one. 'Show me calls with follow-up appointments scheduled.' And now it's returning a table with call date, clinic, and whether a follow-up was booked.
- Chris Riley NoneHow quickly does it refresh? If someone books a consultation in the CRM right now, how long before the brain knows about it?
- Hannah Lowe NoneSo we refresh nightly, complete by 07:00 on business days. So if you book something in the evening, it'll be in the brain by the next morning. It's not real-time, but it's fast enough for most reporting.
- Chris Riley NoneOkay. And is it easy for our team to build their own queries, or do they have to ask data people?
- Hannah Lowe NoneThe longer answer is: it depends on the person. Some questions are very easy, just chat to the brain. Others are more complex and might need someone technical to set up a dashboard or a saved query. But the short answer is: most people can ask a natural language question and get an answer without training.
- Hannah Lowe NoneLet me show you the dashboards builder as well. You can create a visual dashboard without code. So if someone wants to check daily consultation volumes, or revenue by service line, we can set that up for them.
- Chris Riley NoneThat's pretty intuitive. What happens if we want to add another connector later, say, our HR system?
- Hannah Lowe NoneThat's straightforward. You'd tell us, we'd work with your IT team to set up the connection, test it, and it'd be live within a few days usually. There's a cost for additional connectors beyond the eight included, but we can talk about that if it comes up.
- Chris Riley NoneAnd who manages this day to day? Like, if something breaks?
- Hannah Lowe NoneYou'd have a support channel with us. If a connector stops syncing or the data looks stale, you'd contact us and we'd investigate. We commit to response times depending on your tier, Growth gets one-hour response during business hours.
- Chris Riley NoneAll right. That's really helpful. I think I can see how this works for us.
- Lewis Kerr NoneBrilliant. So any other questions for Hannah, or shall we leave it here and you can have a chat with Neil?
- Chris Riley NoneI think that's good. I'll show this to Neil and the team and we can get back to you with any follow-ups.
- Hannah Lowe NonePerfect. I'll send you a recording of this demo and also some documentation on the connectors and data model. Anything comes up, you know where to find me.
- Lewis Kerr NoneCheers, both. Talk soon.
