What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Lewis Kerr walked Jonas Lehmann and Lena Becker through the Growth proposal at £59,500 a year. Jonas said the capability looks right but wanted cost and timeline clarity. Mid-May go-live was floated against sign-off that may not land before the end of April.
What happened: Lewis presented Growth at £59,500 annually, implementation included, with eight weeks to build, 40 users, eight connectors and quarterly QBRs. He offered to send the MSA and order form the same day.
Customer view: Jonas said the capability looks right and asked for the cost and the timeline. Lena called mid-May tight and the push to sign by month end aggressive.
Commercial: Jonas said sign-off takes two to three weeks and he could not promise before the end of April. That sits awkwardly with Lewis's end-of-month ask and the mid-May target.
Watch: Asked about adding users later, Lewis deferred it to renewal. The call does not show how the £59,500 is built up.

Transcript
- Lewis Kerr NoneJonas, Lena, good morning. Thanks for making time. So Lena's seen the demo and you've both had a chance to look at where this lands for you, wanted to talk through the proposal and see if we're aligned.
- Jonas Lehmann NoneThanks, Lewis. Yes, Lena's briefed me. The capability looks right. Before we go further, I need to understand the cost and the timeline.
- Lewis Kerr NoneFair enough. So on the commercial piece: Growth tier is 59500 annually. That includes the implementation, eight weeks, and you're on quarterly QBRs after that. No additional per-user fees, no per-connector fees. It's one price.
- Lena Becker NoneAnd if we want to add users later, that's...?
- Lewis Kerr NoneWe'd talk to you about that at your renewal. For now, Growth gives you up to 40 users, which I think is more than you need. And eight connectors: we'd build out your ticketing system, customer base, and you've got headroom if you want to add more later.
- Jonas Lehmann NoneSo if we sign up now, when would we go live?
- Lewis Kerr NoneDepends a bit on your side, getting us access, confirming with your team what you want to connect. Assuming that's straightforward, we'd target mid-May. But that's something we'd confirm in the technical scoping call.
- Lena Becker NoneMid-May is tight. Is there any flex on that?
- Lewis Kerr NoneWe can certainly aim for it. Implementation is eight weeks from when you sign, so if you signed in the next couple of weeks, you'd be looking at early May, potentially mid-May, depends on the connectors.
- Jonas Lehmann NoneWhat happens if we sign in April? Would that push it out?
- Lewis Kerr NoneIt could, yes. The sooner you sign the sooner we can lock in your go-live date. I'd recommend we try to get this done by end of this month so you've got that certainty.
- Lena Becker NoneThat's aggressive. What do you need from us to move that fast?
- Lewis Kerr NoneA signed order form is really all I need. I can send you the MSA and the order form today, and we'll need sign-off from your side: legal, procurement, whoever signs contracts for you. How long does that usually take?
- Jonas Lehmann NoneA couple of weeks if all goes smoothly, maybe three. Could be faster if I push it, but I can't promise before the end of April.
- Lewis Kerr NoneAll right. That still gets us a reasonable window. Let me send the docs over today, and why don't we check in next Friday to see where you are with sign-off? If there are any questions on the commercial terms, happy to talk through them.
- Jonas Lehmann NoneThat sounds fair. Send them over and we'll get moving.
- Lewis Kerr NoneI will today. Cheers, Jonas, Lena.
