What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Laura Penhaligon trained Lucas Goossens, a client services manager at Maelbeek Assurances, on search, chat and overnight refresh. He was satisfied and raised no concerns. No commercial signal.
What happened: Laura walked Lucas through natural-language search, chat, saved searches and the read-only limit. He wanted client history and renewal status quickly during client calls.
Customer view: Lucas was impressed by the speed and had no objections. His only probing question was about data freshness.
Commercial: This is adoption work. A day-to-day user who can pull up renewal dates live supports the value case, but nothing was said about price, tier or renewal.
Watch: Lucas was told the data refreshes overnight and changes in Salesforce appear by the next morning. Any freshness slip would matter to his use on live calls.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Laura Penhaligon to follow up with Lucas Goossens if he hits any snags after starting.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Lucas relies on overnight refresh for live client calls, so stale data would be noticed quickly.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- A client services user pulling renewal status live is a usable example for a value case.
Transcript
- Laura Penhaligon NoneHi Lucas, thanks for joining. So you're going to be using the brain day-to-day on the client services team. I want to walk you through how to get the most out of it in your role.
- Lucas Goossens NoneGreat, yeah. So I'm handling client calls, and I need to be able to see their history and renewal status quickly. How would I do that?
- Laura Penhaligon NonePerfect, so there are a few ways. The easiest: you log in, you click search, and you type the client's name. The brain returns their file, their complaints, pending issues, and the renewal date. You can do this live on a call if you want: client's sitting there, you pull it up on your screen, shows you know the details.
- Lucas Goossens NoneHow fast is it?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneSub-second usually, you type and you get the answer back almost immediately. If you've got a question like, 'Show me clients with renewals this month,' you can do that too. You can ask in plain English. Let me show you. I'm sharing the screen. See the search bar? I'm typing, 'Show me clients with no renewal in the last year.' Watch.
- Lucas Goossens NoneWow, that's quick. So it's just natural language?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneYeah. You can also use the chat interface if you want to have a conversation with the brain, ask a follow-up question, refine the results. And if you want to save a search you use often, you can do that too.
- Lucas Goossens NoneWhat about data freshness, how recent is the data?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneIt refreshes overnight. So when you log in each morning, you've got yesterday's data plus anything that came in late the night before. If something changes in Salesforce or in your source systems, it'll be reflected by the next morning.
- Lucas Goossens NonePerfect. Is there anything else I should know?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneJust remember that you can't modify data through the brain, it's read-only. If a client's details need updating, that happens in Salesforce. But for querying and searching, it's all here. Any other questions?
- Lucas Goossens NoneI think that covers it. Thanks, Laura.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneYou're welcome. Enjoy it, and let me know if you hit any snags.
