What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Kickoff for Skovdal Software's Starter brain: 15 users, four connectors (Salesforce, email, calls, Zendesk). Ida Mortensen leads operationally, CRM admin Thomas is to supply credentials, and she floated opening the brain to more users later.
What happened: Callie Brennan walked through the four-week plan on 6 Feb 2025. Credentials and a field questionnaire were requested, with Thomas, the CRM admin, expected to supply them.
Customer view: Ida wants support cases visible against the customer record, so Zendesk was chosen as the fourth connector. She is keen to get the brain running.
Commercial: Ida asked about adding users if it works well. Callie said that means the Growth tier and a conversation with the account team.
Watch: Thomas was not on the call, and he will run the admin setup and daily refresh checks. Daniel Okafor promised a check-in in about six weeks.

Transcript
- Callie Brennan NoneHi Ida, good morning. Can you hear me OK?
- Ida Mortensen NoneYes, hi Callie, hi Daniel. Good to see you both.
- Daniel Okafor NoneMorning Ida, thanks for making the time. How's the week been?
- Ida Mortensen NoneYeah, not too bad. Bit busy with the clinics but looking forward to getting the brain up and running.
- Callie Brennan NoneBrilliant. So what I want to do today is walk through the plan for the next four weeks. We've got the order form signed, the contract is in place for 15 users on the Starter tier, and my job is to make sure we get a clean first refresh by the end of next week.
- Ida Mortensen NoneThat sounds good. What do you need from us?
- Callie Brennan NoneRight, so what I need from your side is the connector credentials for Salesforce, email, and the call recorder. Ideally before the end of today, but definitely before Wednesday. Do you have a sense of who'll be sending those across?
- Ida Mortensen NoneYeah, Thomas is our CRM admin. He can sort that.
- Callie Brennan NonePerfect. And Thomas, if you're on the call, I'll send you a questionnaire once we finish here. It just asks for the field mappings we're going to need for the first refresh. Before we switch on the refresh, I need to make sure those map cleanly with what we're building in the brain. So the form's got a few questions about your custom fields and how you structure deals.
- Ida Mortensen NoneI think Thomas is just getting his calendar sorted, but he's expecting to be on in a minute.
- Daniel Okafor NoneNo drama. We can loop him in on email as well. Ida, in the meantime, let me just check: you're going to be the main contact for us on the operational side?
- Ida Mortensen NoneYeah, that's the plan. Callie, what happens after week one?
- Callie Brennan NoneSo once we've got the first refresh complete: that's all your CRM records, your emails, your calls coming into Snowflake, I'll put together a handover document for Thomas. It shows him how to check the refresh has completed every morning, how to add a new connector if you need to later, and what the basic troubleshooting looks like if a sync stalls. And then we'll schedule a two-hour setup call with Thomas for midweek of week two. That's where he actually gets admin access and we run through the console together.
- Ida Mortensen NoneAnd at that point he can start adding users?
- Callie Brennan NoneExactly. Once the admin setup is done, he can create logins for your 15 users. That's the soft limit on Starter, but it's the number on your contract. We'll put notes in the handover about how to add users and how to manage connectors: you've got 4 connectors on Starter, so Salesforce, email, calls and one more. What's the fourth one you're thinking?
- Ida Mortensen NoneWe probably want the help desk ticketing system in there as well, so we can see support cases against the customer record.
- Callie Brennan NoneThat maps cleanly. Do you know which ticketing system you use?
- Ida Mortensen NoneZendesk.
- Callie Brennan NonePerfect, that's one we support. I'll add that to the connector list. So we'll set up Salesforce, email, calls and Zendesk. After week four, once everyone's had a chance to play with it, we'll do a handover call and I'll make sure Thomas and yourself feel confident running the brain from there.
- Ida Mortensen NoneAnd what's the timeline if we need to add more users later? If it's working well, we might want to open it up.
- Callie Brennan NoneGood question. If you want to add more users, you'd be moving to the Growth tier at that point, then that's a conversation with Daniel or the account team. But from a technical side, once you've got the admin setup done, adding a user is just creating a login and assigning them a team or a space in the brain.
- Daniel Okafor NoneAnd Ida, once we're a few weeks in and people are asking questions, just let me know how you're getting on. I'll do a check-in call with you in about six weeks, just to see how the team's using it and if there's anything else you need.
- Ida Mortensen NoneThat's really helpful. So the credentials, I'll get Thomas to send those today or tomorrow.
- Callie Brennan NonePerfect. I'll send you both the credentials form and the field questionnaire once we hang up. If Thomas wants to ask questions about the form, just reply and I'll get back to you same day. And if you run into any snags before Wednesday, just let me know. Is there anything else before we wrap?
- Ida Mortensen NoneNo, I think we're good. Thanks, Callie.
- Callie Brennan NoneGreat, thanks, Ida. Cheers, Daniel.
- Daniel Okafor NoneThanks, Ida. Speak soon.
- Ida Mortensen NoneBye both.
