What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Hamza Akhtar trained Linnea Holm and Johan Berglund on connectors, chat, sources and pages using their own data. Both were positive. Seat headroom on the 150-user licence and a plan to add customer service team leads and Johan's team.
What happened: Hamza walked Linnea and Johan through connectors, chat answers with sources, and saving pages. Johan found the delivery complaints pattern and planned to take it to logistics.
Customer view: Linnea said the recent sync ticket was fixed quickly and they were happy with how fast it was handled. Johan said the session was really helpful.
Commercial: Hamza noted the 150-user Enterprise licence has plenty of room. Linnea would start with customer service team leads once SSO and permissions are set up.
Watch: Linnea said they change CRM fields quite often, and Hamza warned a renamed field can come through empty for weeks without notice. That is a stale-data risk to the connector.

Transcript
- Hamza Akhtar NoneHello both, good afternoon. Can you hear me, and can you see my screen?
- Linnea Holm NoneHi Hamza. Yes, I can hear you fine. Screen is there too.
- Johan Berglund NoneHi, sorry, I'm just joining. I was stuck in the previous meeting. Can you hear me? I'm in the car park of the office, there's a bit of wind.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneWe can hear you, Johan, no problem. Take your time. We've got a good chunk of time today, so no rush. I'll give it a minute.
- Johan Berglund NoneOkay, I'm at my desk now. Good. Ready.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneGreat. So the plan for this session is that I walk you through the main parts of the brain using your own data, so it's not a generic demo. Linnea, you're the admin so I'll show you the connectors and permissions, and Johan, I'll focus on how e-commerce can ask questions about customer segments. Does that sound right?
- Linnea Holm NoneYes. I'd also like to understand the connectors a bit better, because we have the CRM and the helpdesk and some store feedback, and I'm never sure what happens when we change a field.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneGood, that's a good one to cover. Let me start there. If I open the connectors page, you can see each source, when it last loaded, and how many records it's indexed. If a source stops loading, it's the first place you'd see it. Your CRM is the one that matters most here.
- Linnea Holm NoneRight. So if I rename a field in the CRM, does the connector break?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneIt can. Usually it keeps loading but that field comes through empty, and it's the kind of thing you don't notice for weeks. So my advice is, tell us, or at least check this page, whenever you change the CRM structure. Your enterprise plan gives you a named route to us for that, so use it.
- Linnea Holm NoneOkay. That's useful. I'll write that down. We do change things quite often, to be honest.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneYeah, most customers do. Okay, let me move to the questions part. Johan, if you open the chat, you can type something like, which customer segments have complained most about delivery in the last quarter. Go on, try it.
- Johan Berglund NoneOkay. Typing. Which segments complained most about delivery. Right. It's thinking. Oh, it's come back with a list. Is it the right list? How do I know?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneGood question, and the right one to ask. Under each answer there's a sources link. Click that and you'll see the tickets and the store comments it used. If it looks thin, you ask again, narrower.
- Johan Berglund NoneI see. Yes, here are the tickets. Mm. That's actually what I would have guessed, but it's good to see it written down. The furniture deliveries are the problem, not the smaller homeware items.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneRight, and that's exactly the point. You can ask it to split by country, too. Try that.
- Johan Berglund NoneOkay. Split by country. Oh, nice. Yes, one country stands out. I'll take this to the logistics people on Monday.
- Linnea Holm NoneCan I ask, how many of our people can use this? We have a lot of seats.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneYou're licensed for one hundred and fifty users on Enterprise, and at the moment the average active number is a lot lower than that. So there's lots of room. I'd think about who in customer service and in the stores should be added, because that's where the feedback comes from.
- Linnea Holm NoneWe could start with the team leads in customer service. I'd have to check how SSO is set up for them.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThat's fine, SSO is included, and I can sit with you on that. Now let me show you pages. Pages are where you save an answer so it refreshes every night, and others can open it without asking again. Johan, take the delivery answer and save it as a page.
- Johan Berglund NoneOkay, save as page. Give it a name. Delivery complaints by segment. Done. Is it public to everyone?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneNot by default. It's private until you share it. Linnea, that's where your permissions come in, you decide who sees what, so if there's anything with customer details it stays tight.
- Linnea Holm NoneGood. I'll want to set that up properly before we add the team leads. Can you send me the steps afterwards?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneOf course. I'll write it up and send it today. One more thing. I saw you had a couple of tickets with us recently, one of them marked as high priority. Is that all sorted?
- Linnea Holm NoneYes, that was me, the sync thing. It was fixed quickly, we were happy with how fast it was handled. The other one was just a how-to question.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneGood, glad to hear that. Okay, we're getting near the end of what I planned. Any questions I haven't covered?
- Johan Berglund NoneNot from me. This was really helpful. I think I'll bring two people from my team next time so they can try it themselves.
- Linnea Holm NoneSame. Thanks, Hamza. I'll wait for your notes.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneBrilliant. I'll send the connector guidance and the permissions steps today, and I'll propose a time for the next session. Thanks both, speak soon.
- Johan Berglund NoneThanks, bye.
