What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Hamza Akhtar trained Johan Berglund's e-commerce team on Lindqvarn's own data. Johan wants the Monday slide automated as a page and said it was more useful than he expected. A category tree mismatch needs mapping.
What happened: On the 28 Aug 2025 training call, Hamza covered chat, search and pages using Lindqvarn's own data. Together they began building a page to replace the weekly Monday slide.
Customer view: Johan said he had expected another reporting tool and found this more useful than that. His team builds the same slide by hand every Monday, which he wants automated.
Commercial: Pages that re-run after each nightly refresh and the dashboards builder session the next day show deepening use of the product. No price or renewal point was raised.
Watch: The shop system still holds the old category tree while the CRM holds the newer one. Johan said the new one is the truth, so Hamza needs to map to it.

Transcript
- Hamza Akhtar NoneHello, hello. Johan, Linnea, can you hear me? Good. Good morning, or nearly afternoon, whichever you prefer.
- Johan Berglund NoneHello, Hamza. Good morning. I have only twenty minutes of patience before my next thing, so I hope you have something good. Joking. Mostly.
- Linnea Holm NoneHe does have a meeting after. I will stay for the whole session though, I am the one who has to answer his questions later.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneHa, fair. Okay. Today is for Johan's team, so e-commerce. I'm going to share my screen and use your data, not a demo set, so if something looks odd, say so. Let's start with the basics: asking a question.
- Johan Berglund NoneBefore you start. What can I ask it? What is it good at, and what should I not trust it with?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneGood question. It's good at questions that join systems: customers, orders, tickets, feedback. It's less good at things that aren't in the data at all. If it doesn't know, it should say so, and if it ever sounds too sure, check the source it links to.
- Johan Berglund NoneOkay. It links the source. That is good.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneAlways. So here, let me type something. Customers who returned a sofa and also contacted customer service in the same month. And there, you can see the answer and underneath the records it used.
- Linnea Holm NoneThat one would have taken me an afternoon. Honestly.
- Johan Berglund NoneMm. Can I filter it by web orders only? Our store customers are a different thing for us.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneYes, just say it. Web orders only. And there. You can also click the filter chips under the answer if you'd rather not type.
- Johan Berglund NoneAh, that is easier. The typing is not my favourite.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneFine by me. Next, search, which is different from chat. Search finds a document or a record, chat answers a question. Let me search for delivery delay. See, tickets, a couple of pages your team wrote, a few survey comments.
- Linnea Holm NoneDo the permissions apply there? I mean, will a store manager see tickets they should not?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneYes, permissions follow the groups we set up with you, so a store manager only sees what their group can see. I'll show you the admin side in a bit, since that's your department.
- Linnea Holm NoneGood. Thank you.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneNow pages. Pages are where a good answer becomes something people can come back to. If you ask the delivery delay question and like the answer, you can turn it into a page, give it a name, and share it with the e-commerce group.
- Johan Berglund NoneDoes it update? Or is it a screenshot, so to speak?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneIt updates. The page re-runs the question after each nightly refresh, so what you read in the morning is current, as of that night.
- Johan Berglund NoneThen I want that. My team does it by hand every Monday. Somebody builds the same slide, week after week.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThen that's the first thing we build. Shall we do it now? You tell me what's on the Monday slide and we'll make the page together.
- Johan Berglund NoneOkay. Orders by category, returns by category, and then the complaints, with a note about what changed since the week before.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneRight, first one. Orders by category, last week against the week before. I'll write it the way you said it. There. Does that look like your slide?
- Johan Berglund NoneNearly. The categories are grouped differently in my slide. Lighting is its own thing for us, here it is under home accessories.
- Linnea Holm NoneThat is the old category tree. Mine, from the CRM, is newer. I think the shop system has the old one still.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThat's a useful catch, and it's a mapping job, not a bug. Linnea, can you and Johan agree which tree is the truth and I'll map to it? Nothing complicated, it's a table.
- Johan Berglund NoneI can do that. The new one is the truth, I will tell you now. The shop system has not caught up.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneDone, then. I'll map to the new tree and rebuild this one so it matches your slide. Let me keep going on the page structure while you two talk about it afterwards.
- Linnea Holm NoneOne thing, can others in the team edit the page? Or only Johan?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThe owner decides. By default, people in the group can view it and the owner can edit. You can open editing for named people. I'd start narrow.
- Johan Berglund NoneNarrow is fine. I do not want ten versions of my slide.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneQuite. Okay, we're about at the end of what I wanted for this session. Next one is dashboards, with the builder, tomorrow afternoon. Linnea, you're in that too, I know. Anything before we stop?
- Johan Berglund NoneJust, thanks. This is more useful than I expected. I thought it would be another reporting tool.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneHa, I'll take that as the best compliment of the day. I'll send the recording and a short note on the page we built. Speak soon, both.
- Linnea Holm NoneThanks, Hamza. See you tomorrow.
