Current to 11 Oct 26Onboarding call on 22 Jul 2025. The CRM connector is loading nightly and the helpdesk load has started. Duplicates and retired segment labels need mapping, and the e-commerce connector is next. Early users are few but steady.
What happened: Hamza Akhtar confirmed the CRM connector is loading nightly and the helpdesk connector's first load ran, partial for now. Linnea Holm found duplicates and old segment labels in the CRM data.
Customer view: Karin Sjöberg worries that old labels will cost the brain the store managers' trust. One store manager found it faster than asking head office, while another did not know what to type.
Commercial: Adoption is early and small. A question sheet, a walk-through for Johan and training later are the levers for wider use. The e-commerce connector is the next deepening of the integration.
Watch: Retired labels are still used by one team's report, so the mapping needs that team's agreement. The e-commerce access request depends on Lindqvarn's IT team acting within a day or two.

Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Hamza Akhtar to send the notes and the example question sheet by the next day.
- Linnea Holm to raise the e-commerce access request with IT the same day.
- Hamza Akhtar to arrange a short walk-through of the brain for Johan.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Retired segment labels could undermine store managers' trust if the brain shows them.
- Some store users do not know what to type, so adoption could stall without training.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- The e-commerce connector is next and would deepen the integration.
- Training and a question sheet can widen use beyond the early handful of users.
Transcript
- Karin Sjöberg NoneHello, Hamza, Linnea. How is everyone? Did you manage to get some holiday yet, Hamza?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneHello, Karin. Not yet, end of next month if all goes well. Linnea, you've got a different background today, are you in a store?
- Linnea Holm NoneNo, a meeting room at head office. The wifi at my desk is, well, today it is not co-operating. Can you hear me okay?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneClear as anything. Right, shall we start with where we are? Good news first: the CRM connector is loading, and records are coming into the brain nightly. I looked at it this morning before the call.
- Linnea Holm NoneYes, I saw the first pages as well. I tried a few questions on my own customers, and some of it was surprisingly right.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneSurprisingly, ha. I'll take it. What was wrong, though? That's the interesting bit.
- Linnea Holm NoneDuplicates, mostly. Same customer twice, one with the old email. And some segment labels that nobody has used for years.
- Karin Sjöberg NoneWe should anchor how we treat that. If the brain shows the old labels, the store managers will lose trust quickly. Can we clean at source, Linnea, or is it a mapping matter?
- Linnea Holm NoneBoth, I think. Some I can fix in the CRM. Some labels are still used by one team in a report, so I cannot simply delete them.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThen let's not delete anything. We map the retired labels onto the current segments in the brain, and you can retire them in the CRM when that team has moved. Doesn't block anything.
- Karin Sjöberg NoneYes, that is sensible. Let us think about it together with that team, so they are not surprised.
- Linnea Holm NoneI will talk to them this week. They are quite protective of that report.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneUnderstandable. Next, the helpdesk connector. The access you set up went through, thank you, and the first load ran last night. It's partial, only the most recent tickets so far, the older history will come across over the next few nights.
- Karin Sjöberg NoneGood. And the early users, have they logged in? I have asked four or five people to try, not everyone.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneA handful have, yes. Usage is small but steady, which is what I'd want at this stage. A few of them asked questions about complaints by region.
- Karin Sjöberg NoneThat is exactly what I hoped. What do the stores say about it? Linnea, did anyone give you comments?
- Linnea Holm NoneOne store manager said it was faster than asking head office, which is not nothing. Another said she did not know what to type.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThat second one is a very normal reaction. It's a training point, and we've got training in the plan for later. In the meantime I can give you a short sheet of example questions you can pass around.
- Karin Sjöberg NoneYes please. Short, in plain language. Perhaps examples about customers in a region and about delivery complaints.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneDone. I'll draft that and you can edit it, it should sound like your stores, not like me.
- Linnea Holm NoneCan I ask about the e-commerce side? When does that come in? Johan keeps asking me and I do not want to promise.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneIt's the next connector on the list. I need the same sort of access, a role and the grants. If you can get the request to IT in the next day or two, I'd expect the first load before the end of next week, give or take.
- Linnea Holm NoneOkay. I will write it today. It is the same people in IT so they know the form now.
- Karin Sjöberg NoneAnd I think Johan should see the brain before the training, so he is not starting cold. Hamza, could you do a short walk-through for him? Fifteen minutes, nothing formal.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneOf course, happily. I'll find a slot with him and let you both know. Anything else on the open list? I think we're in a good place.
- Linnea Holm NoneNot from me. I just need to survive the sale.
- Karin Sjöberg NoneThank you, Hamza. It feels like we are moving at a good pace, and carefully. Vänliga hälsningar.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneCheers both. I'll send the notes and the question sheet by tomorrow. Speak soon.
