What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Brannock's first demo on its own sample data, on 23 Feb 2024. Helen Varley and Lee Garside reacted well to delivery queries by trust and the renewals dashboard. Next step is a proposal with Andrew on it.
What happened: Tobias Renwick showed trust pages, delivery queries grouped by trust and a renewals dashboard, all on a sample extract. Priya Raman tied the dashboards builder to Growth.
Customer view: Lee found the delivery view useful and the summary of stock delays accurate. Helen asked for the renewals view by trust, calling it the one Andrew will care about.
Commercial: Priya proposed a proposal within a fortnight with Andrew present. Lee wants hands-on access to the sample first, so that must be arranged.
Watch: Helen flagged that security will ask where data lives and who sees what. Tobias also warned that answers depend on connected sources, so phone-logged queries would be missing.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Tobias Renwick to send Helen Varley and Priya Raman the one-page design and the Snowflake answer.
- Priya Raman to arrange sample environment access for Lee Garside.
- Priya Raman to set up the proposal call with Helen and Andrew within a fortnight.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Security review of where data lives and who can see it could slow the decision.
- Delivery queries logged by phone will not reach the helpdesk source, so the answers may look incomplete.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- The renewals dashboard maps to the Growth tier dashboards builder, which Helen wants Andrew to see.
- Lee asking for hands-on use of the sample suggests the account managers will adopt it.
Transcript
- Priya Raman NoneMorning, everyone. Can you all hear me? Helen, I can see you, Lee, you're just coming in, and Tobias is with me.
- Lee Garside NoneMorning. Yeah, sound's fine. Sorry, I've got a delivery query open on the other screen, I'll try not to look at it.
- Helen Varley NoneHe'll look at it. That's rather the point of today. Agenda, three things: show us trusts on our own sample data, show us delivery queries by trust, show us renewals. Then questions.
- Priya Raman NoneLovely. Quick recap from the last call, we're still aiming for the middle of April to get this over the line, and today is the demo, then the proposal. Tobias, over to you.
- Tobias Renwick NoneThank you, Priya. Before I share anything, may I ask what your security team will need to see? I would rather we address that first than at the end, because it shapes how I describe everything else.
- Helen Varley NoneHonestly, they'll want to know where the data lives and who can see what. We handle NHS contract information so they're careful.
- Tobias Renwick NoneTo be precise, then. The brain is built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your data stays within your controls and is not copied out to us. Access inside the brain follows the permissions you set, so a key-account manager sees the trusts you've given them. The honest answer is that the design is simple enough to explain on one page, and I'll send you that page.
- Helen Varley NoneGood. I'll take that to our IT team. Go on, show me.
- Tobias Renwick NoneRight, I'm sharing now. This is the sample extract you sent: a few trusts, their orders, the delivery tickets and the renewal spreadsheet. Nothing here is live. First, a page for a single trust, which is the view Lee would use.
- Lee Garside NoneCan I ask something? Is that the whole trust, or can I see just the orders from last month?
- Tobias Renwick NoneBoth. Let me ask it in plain English. Show me the open delivery queries for this trust, with the order each one relates to. And there. Each line links to its source, so you can click through to the original ticket.
- Lee Garside NoneHuh. That would have saved me twenty minutes this morning, to be fair.
- Helen Varley NoneBy trust, please, that's what I need. Can you do it across all of Lee's trusts, not one at a time?
- Tobias Renwick NoneYes. The trade-off is that the answer is only as complete as the sources connected, so if a delivery query is logged by phone and never reaches the helpdesk, it will not appear. Let me run it across the NHS book. Here, grouped by trust, oldest first.
- Helen Varley NoneWhat's driving the long ones at the bottom? Can it tell me that?
- Tobias Renwick NoneIt can summarise the ticket threads and the order notes together. Let me try. It says three of the oldest are waiting on a warehouse confirmation, and cites the notes. I'd want you to check it against what Lee knows, which is the right habit anyway.
- Lee Garside NoneYeah, that's right, those are the stock ones. Okay, that's actually quite good.
- Priya Raman NoneAnd this is where Growth comes in, Helen. Dashboards builder. Tobias, can you show the renewals view?
- Tobias Renwick NoneCertainly. Here is a dashboard built from the renewal spreadsheet and the CRM. Contract end dates by trust, sorted by how soon they fall due, with the account manager shown. Anyone with the right permission can build one like it.
- Helen Varley NoneRight, this is the one Andrew will care about. Trust renewals won early. Can we filter to the next quarter?
- Tobias Renwick NoneYes. Show renewals falling due in the next quarter. There. Four are flagged, and I'll note I'm saying that from this sample only.
- Lee Garside NoneDoes it write the emails to the trust as well? Or is that a step too far?
- Tobias Renwick NoneIt can draft a summary for you to send, using the contract and the order history. It won't send anything itself. I'd keep a person in that loop.
- Helen Varley NoneOkay. What about when a system changes? Sunita keeps the CRM tidy, and she changes fields, I know she does.
- Tobias Renwick NoneThen a connector can stop loading, and the honest answer is we see that as records indexed going flat. Your administrator and our team would both be alerted. It's a normal part of running it, not a failure.
- Priya Raman NoneHappy to make this easy on the next step. Helen, what I'd suggest is the proposal in the next fortnight, with Andrew on it. Tobias, can you send the one-page design and the answer on Snowflake?
- Tobias Renwick NoneYes. I'll send both to Helen and Priya today. I'd rather not promise any roadmap dates in writing, so I'll confine it to what exists now.
- Helen Varley NoneThat's fine. Lee, anything else?
- Lee Garside NoneJust, can I have a go myself before we decide? On the sample, with my own questions.
- Priya Raman NoneAbsolutely, we'll sort access to the sample environment. Good shout.
- Helen Varley NoneThanks, all. I'll take it to the account managers and speak to Andrew about the proposal call.
- Priya Raman NoneBrilliant. Thanks, everyone, speak soon.
