What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Asif Jagger, the CFO, heard that the Starter renewal moves from £19,500 to £22,000 on 1 Jul 2026. He raised no objection and will run the form past finance. The renewal form was due to close on 8 Jun 2026.
What happened: Daniel Okafor and Tom Ashdown took Asif Jagger through the v1 to v2 price move on the 21 May 2026 call. Terms stay annual in advance under the same MSA.
Customer view: Asif said the brain had been quiet and support reported no problems. He recalled the January notice and put the increase at about 12 or 13 percent.
Commercial: This is a straight Starter renewal at the v2 list price, with no tier change and no discount discussed. Asif said anything else could be sorted out separately, so no upsell was raised.
Watch: The evidence does not show whether the form was signed by 8 Jun 2026, or whether finance raised anything. The 1 Jul 2026 start has passed, so the signed form and the invoice need checking.

Transcript
- Daniel Okafor NoneHi Asif, thanks for making time. The renewal's coming up in just over a month on 1 Jul 2026, so I wanted to sit down and walk you through where we are with pricing and next steps.
- Tom Ashdown NoneYeah, the contract ends 30 Jun 2026, so we're good on timing. How have things been with the brain? Any issues?
- Asif Jagger NoneNo, it's been fine. Quiet, actually, support team doesn't really report any problems.
- Daniel Okafor NoneGood to hear. So pricing, you're currently at £19,500 a year, and from 1 Jul 2026 we're moving you to £22,000. That's the move from v1 to v2 pricing. You were notified of that back in January.
- Asif Jagger NoneRight, yes, I remember. That's what, about a 12 or 13 percent increase?
- Tom Ashdown NoneExactly, yeah. It reflects the enhanced features and service levels we've built since you signed up. The tier itself doesn't change, you're still on Starter, 15 users, but the price point has moved.
- Asif Jagger NoneOkay. And the terms are otherwise the same, annual, upfront?
- Tom Ashdown NoneYes. Annual in advance, same as now. We've got you staying with us through 30 Jun 2026, and on 1 Jul 2026 you're at the new price. Same MSA, no changes on terms. We'll send the renewal form: close date is 8 Jun 2026, which gives you a few weeks to review and sign off.
- Asif Jagger None8 Jun 2026, is that a hard deadline?
- Daniel Okafor NoneIt's the close date on the form, so ideally yes. But if you're close, we can be flexible. The key thing is we want it signed before you head into summer, so invoice can go out and be ready for the 1 Jul 2026 handover.
- Asif Jagger NoneAll right. That's fine. I'll run it past our finance team, but I don't see an issue.
- Tom Ashdown NoneBrilliant. I'll send the form over straight after this call. Any questions before we wrap?
- Asif Jagger NoneNo, I think that's clear. So £22,000 from July, and if we need to discuss anything else we can sort it out separately.
- Daniel Okafor NonePerfect. I'll catch up with you both next month just to make sure everything's tracking and you're happy with the transition into the new term.
- Tom Ashdown NoneThanks, Asif. Cheers.
