Current to 11 Oct 26Onboarding call on 19 Mar 2024. A new finance key has been uploaded. Callie Brennan will test it, then hand over to Daniel for training and the go-live date.
What happened: The customer delivered the new finance credential, which Ravi Riley uploaded to the secure link. Callie Brennan will test the connection and run a refresh the next day.
Customer view: Natasha Pryor and Ravi asked practical questions about timing, training and support after go-live. Natasha suggested a fact-checkable first query on rent arrears.
Commercial: Ownership passes to Daniel once data quality is signed off. Nightly refresh by 07:00 was stated as the expectation.
Watch: Go-live is not yet confirmed. It depends on the finance test passing.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Callie Brennan to test the finance connection and report back by end of day the following day.
- Callie Brennan to hand off to Daniel once data quality is signed off.
- Ravi Riley and Natasha Pryor to prepare first queries they can fact-check.

- Support passes from the implementation consultant to Daniel at handover, which needs a clean transfer.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- A brief user training run by Daniel at go-live can establish early question habits.
Transcript
- Callie Brennan NoneRavi, Natasha, just checking in on the finance credential refresh. You manage to get that sorted?
- Natasha Pryor NoneYeah, we got a new key. Ravi's got it.
- Ravi Riley NoneI've already uploaded it to the secure link.
- Callie Brennan NoneBrilliant. So what I'll do: I'll test the connection, pull a refresh, make sure the finance data lands cleanly, no duplicates, no missing records. Should know by tomorrow end of day.
- Natasha Pryor NoneAnd if it works?
- Callie Brennan NoneThen we've got all four connectors live. I run a final full refresh test, check the data quality looks good, then hand off to Daniel to schedule the actual go-live with your team.
- Ravi Riley NoneHow long will that final test take?
- Callie Brennan NoneMaybe an hour, two hours max. Just running the full pull, checking for errors, making sure the data volumes look sensible: like, are we pulling the right number of properties, tickets, call records?
- Natasha Pryor NoneAnd then Daniel handles the training bit?
- Callie Brennan NoneYeah, so once I sign off on data quality, Daniel takes over. He'll run a brief training with your users: how to ask the brain a question, what you can query, that sort of thing, and then you're live.
- Ravi Riley NoneShould I be doing anything on my end before that?
- Callie Brennan NoneHave a think about what queries you want to run first. When the brain goes live, you'll want to ask it a question straight away, something you know the answer to, just to verify it's working. That's the best test.
- Natasha Pryor NoneLike, show me all tenants with rent arrears over a thousand pounds, that sort of thing?
- Callie Brennan NoneExactly. Something you can fact-check immediately. That gives you confidence the data's right.
- Ravi Riley NoneGot it. Anything else I need to know before this goes live?
- Callie Brennan NoneOnce you've got the first refresh in, the brain refreshes nightly. By 07:00 the next morning, you'll have new data. So if something changes in your systems at midday, you'll see it in the brain the next morning.
- Natasha Pryor NoneAnd if we find an issue after go-live?
- Callie Brennan NoneRing Daniel first. If it's something technical, connector failure, data freshness, he'll loop me in if needed. But once I hand over, he owns the account.
- Ravi Riley NoneRight, thanks.
- Callie Brennan NoneSo I'll test the finance connection tomorrow, get back to you by end of day. Once that's confirmed, Daniel will be in touch about the go-live date. Cheers, both.
