What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Demo of the brain to Sarah Hollis and Priti Marsden. They asked about security, connectors, refresh timing, cost and user numbers. Nell Ashcombe quoted Starter at £19,500 a year plus £6,000 implementation and promised a scope and price by end of week.
What happened: Nell and Tobias Renwick showed the brain running in Corriemoor's Snowflake account, pulling CRM, order and balance data into one search.
Customer view: Sarah and Priti asked practical questions on security, adding systems, refresh timing and cost. Priti asked whether fifteen users would be enough.
Commercial: Nell quoted Starter with four connectors and 15 users, and named Growth at £44,000 with 40 users as the upgrade path. Scope, plan and price were promised by end of week.
Watch: the call shows no stated budget or timeline from the customer. The evidence does not show who else would sign.

Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Nell Ashcombe to send the scope, implementation plan, timeline and price by end of week.
- Nell to talk the proposal through with Sarah Hollis the following week.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Priti asked whether fifteen users would cover everyone, so seat count may be a sticking point.
- The call shows no budget, timeline or named signatory, so the deal stage is unclear.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Growth at £44,000 with 40 users is a natural step if more teams want access.
- Adding connectors for product data or pricing could deepen use beyond the core CRM, orders and finance set.
Transcript
- Nell Ashcombe NoneAfternoon, Sarah, Priti. Thanks for making the time. I've got Tobias with me, he's our CTO. We're going to walk you through the brain on your own data.
- Sarah Hollis NoneGreat. We're keen to see what it can do for us.
- Tobias Renwick NonePerfect. So what you're looking at is the brain running inside your Snowflake account. Your data stays inside your Snowflake warehouse. It's not going anywhere, it's not stored with us, it's just yours and your controls.
- Priti Marsden NoneSo we don't have to worry about security?
- Tobias Renwick NoneYou control the security. Your IT team controls network access, who can connect, what data goes in. The brain just sits inside and answers questions.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneLet me show you a quick example. I'm going to search for one of your customers. Say, a restaurant client. Watch what comes up. The brain pulls their contact details from your CRM, their order history from your system, their account balance, and it surfaces it all in one place.
- Sarah Hollis NoneSo I can see orders and what they owe all at once?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneExactly. One search, you get the full picture. No jumping between systems.
- Priti Marsden NoneWhat happens if we add a new system? Like, product data or something?
- Tobias Renwick NoneThat's what connectors are for. Each connector pulls data from one system. Your CRM is one connector, your order system is another. If you wanted product data, pricing, anything else, we'd add a connector for that.
- Sarah Hollis NoneHow many can we add?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneWith Starter, you get four. If you grow, Growth tier gives you eight. For now, you'd start with the core ones: CRM, orders, finance.
- Priti Marsden NoneAnd how often is the data refreshed?
- Tobias Renwick NoneNightly. Every business night, the brain pulls fresh data and loads it. Complete by seven in the morning. So your team starts the day with data from yesterday.
- Sarah Hollis NoneWhat's the cost?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneImplementation is six thousand. That's about a month of work building the connectors and training your team. Then subscription is nineteen five a year for Starter, which gives you four connectors and fifteen users.
- Priti Marsden NoneAnd that's all the users we'd need?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneDepends on your team. Starter is fifteen. If more of you want to use it, we can add users, or upgrade to Growth at forty-four thousand a year with forty users. But most companies find that fifteen is good to start.
- Sarah Hollis NoneWhat's next?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneI'll put together the scope, the implementation plan, timeline and price. I'll send that by end of week. You have a look, and we can talk through it next week.
- Priti Marsden NoneSounds good. Cheers, Nell.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneCheers, Priti.
