Current to 11 Oct 26Tobias Renwick reported the three connectors built and loading cleanly on test data. About two hundred CRM records lack a broker segment. Training is set for next Wednesday, with go-live the day after.
What happened: Tobias confirmed the CRM, claims and calls connectors loaded without errors and the joins work. He flagged about two hundred records with no broker_segment value.
Customer view: Ed Duckworth took the clean-up on and agreed to the training date. He chose go-live the day after training for breathing room.
Commercial: There is no commercial content. The onboarding is on track, which sets up the first value moment.
Watch: Go-live depends on the customer cleaning the segment data. Unassigned records would be missing from broker views.

Transcript
- Tobias Renwick NoneMorning, both. I've built the three connectors and run them on your test data. Everything looks good. I wanted to walk you through what I'm seeing.
- Ed Duckworth NoneHow's it looking?
- Tobias Renwick NoneVery clean. The Salesforce connector loaded all forty thousand records in about two minutes. The claims connector loaded fifteen thousand. The calls loaded the full three thousand. All the joins are working: I'm pulling a client record and the brain is returning their claims and their calls.
- Toby Underwood NoneNo errors?
- Tobias Renwick NoneNone. The data quality is good. I did spot one thing: about two hundred records in Salesforce don't have a broker_segment value. We should clean those before we go live, or they'll be unassigned.
- Ed Duckworth NoneI'll flag that to the CRM team today.
- Tobias Renwick NoneGood. Once you've cleaned those up, I'll run a fresh load and we'll be ready for training. The broker filtering is working too: if Kirsty logs in, she'll only see her segment's clients.
- Toby Underwood NonePerfect. When can we do training?
- Tobias Renwick NoneHow about next Wednesday? Give you the rest of the week to clean up the data, and I'll have a fresh load ready by then. Training is usually an hour. I'll show everyone how to search, how to read the results, and common questions brokers tend to ask.
- Ed Duckworth NoneWednesday next week works for us.
- Tobias Renwick NoneI'll send a calendar invite and we'll include the team. It's mostly practical: get them comfortable typing questions and reading the data. After that, you're live the same day or the day after, depending on your readiness.
- Toby Underwood NoneHow long after training until we go live?
- Tobias Renwick NoneUsually same day if people feel confident, or we can wait until the next day. Either way, once training is done, the brain is ready to use.
- Ed Duckworth NoneLet's plan for live the next day. That gives us a bit of breathing room.
- Tobias Renwick NoneGood call. I'll note that. One more thing: we'll do a final load of live data the morning you go live, just to make sure everything is current.
- Toby Underwood NonePerfect. Anything we should tell the team before training?
- Tobias Renwick NoneMaybe just that it's designed to be simple. They don't need to know SQL or anything technical. Just type what they want to know. The brain handles the rest.
- Ed Duckworth NoneWill do. Cheers, Tobias.
- Tobias Renwick NoneBest. Speak soon.
