What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Onboarding call on 13 Mar 2026. The recorder connector is loading and the contracts folder is being reconnected without the archive. Dana Whitaker is more reassured but wants a dated plan; usage is a handful of seats and invoices are unpaid.
What happened: Dana Whitaker, VP Operations, joined an onboarding call on 13 Mar 2026. The call recorder connector is loading, and the contracts folder is being reconnected to skip an archive the connection account cannot read.
Customer view: Dana is calmer than before but still nervous about the quarter. She wants a plan with dates she can show her boss, with what Wexmoor pays for stated plainly.
Commercial: Dana says the invoices are still unpaid, stuck in an approval step on the Wexmoor side. Usage is Dana, her analyst and one other person against forty seats.
Watch: The pilot session the following Tuesday decides whether questions asked climb. A second BB-Demo colleague was to join for the last fifteen minutes.

- A chosen pilot group of leasing leads, property managers and a contracts user can build real question volume.
Transcript
- Hamza Akhtar NoneHi Dana. Sorry, I'm a minute or so early, I'll just wait for you to settle.
- Dana Whitaker NoneNo, I'm here, I'm here. I just had a leasing lead stood at my desk wanting something signed. Hi.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneHa, the joys. Happy Friday, anyway. Any plans for the weekend or is it all lease paperwork?
- Dana Whitaker NoneMostly paperwork, if I'm honest. My kids have a tournament on Saturday, so I'll be stood in a cold car park. You?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneNothing exciting. Probably a long walk and then some laundry. Anyway, shall we crack on? I have some good news, a bit of not so good, and then the plan for the pilot.
- Dana Whitaker NoneGood news first, please. I need it.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneYour IT colleague approved the call recorder on Tuesday. So that connector is now loading. The first overnight run pulled in a good chunk of the lease-renewal calls, and the second run filled in more.
- Dana Whitaker NoneOh, brilliant. I messaged him with the one-pager like you said, and he replied within the hour. I nearly fell off my chair.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThe one-pager clearly did its job. Please pass on my thanks.
- Dana Whitaker NoneI will. He likes being thanked, it's rare for him.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThe not so good news is the contracts folder. We hit a permissions problem when we tried to connect the shared drive. It's the reason there's a ticket open from your side. Did you raise that, or was it your analyst?
- Dana Whitaker NoneThat was her. She's the admin now, by the way. I did take things off her plate. She sat there for an hour on Wednesday trying to get it to connect and eventually gave up and logged it.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneShe did the right thing. Support picked it up, and I've looked at it as well. The short version is that the account used for the connection can see some folders but not the older archive, so it fails on those and stops.
- Dana Whitaker NoneRight. That'll be the old archive someone set up years ago. Nobody quite owns it.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThat's what I suspected. Two ways forward. Either someone grants read access to the archive, or we leave the archive out for now and connect everything else. I'd lean towards the second, so we aren't waiting on a decision about who owns it.
- Dana Whitaker NoneYes, do the second. Leave the archive. We can come back to it, and honestly half of it is out of date anyway.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneGood. I'll make that change on our side today, and it should load overnight. By Monday you should see the service contracts in there.
- Dana Whitaker NoneThat would be a big deal. That's the bit people ask me about most.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneLet me share my screen and show you what it looks like now, while the recorder is in. Hang on. Can you see my window?
- Dana Whitaker NoneYes. I can see it.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneSo, connectors. Helpdesk green, recorder green, contracts folder amber because it's mid-fix. Now I'll ask it something real. I've typed in: which tenants have an open ticket and a lease that comes up for renewal this year.
- Dana Whitaker NoneGo on then.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneIt's thinking. There. It gives you a list of tenants, each with the open tickets, and underneath it's pulled a line from the last renewal call, where the tenant mentioned something about the heating.
- Dana Whitaker NoneWait. Go back up. That's the one who's been moaning about the loading bay. How did it know that?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneBecause the call is in the recorder, and the ticket is in the helpdesk, and the brain has put them side by side. That's the whole point of it, really.
- Dana Whitaker NoneThat's what I do by hand every Monday. It takes me most of a morning. Can you do another one?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneOf course. What would you ask?
- Dana Whitaker NoneWhich of our light-industrial tenants have raised more than a couple of tickets and also said something negative on a renewal call.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneOkay, let me phrase it more or less like that. Might take a moment.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneRight, so it's come back with a short list. Three tenants. And it's listed what each of them said. You can click through to the call itself.
- Dana Whitaker NoneOh, I know two of those. The third I'd have been surprised by. That's actually quite useful. I'd have missed that one.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThat's the sort of thing the pilot group can try themselves.
- Dana Whitaker NoneSo, I did pick the pilot group, by the way. A handful, as you suggested. Two leasing leads, a couple of property managers, my analyst, and one person from the contracts side who I think will be a pain, in a good way.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneA pain in a good way is exactly who you want. They'll find the holes.
- Dana Whitaker NoneThat's the theory. When can you do the session? I've got most of them in the room on Tuesday afternoon, if that works for you.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneTuesday afternoon works. I'd suggest we do it with the contracts folder loaded, so ideally I'd confirm on Monday that it came through. If it hasn't, I'll tell you and we can still go ahead with tickets and calls.
- Dana Whitaker NoneFine. Fine, that's sensible.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneCan I ask how the usage looks from where you sit? I can see it's moved up a touch, but I don't want to read too much into it.
- Dana Whitaker NoneI think it's me, my analyst and one other person poking around. So it's moved, but only just. I haven't told anyone else to log in, because you said not to.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneGood. That's what I'd expect at this point. We've got forty seats and a handful of those in use is normal before the first session. What matters is the pilot group asking real questions, and whether they come back the next day.
- Dana Whitaker NoneRight. And what do you count as coming back?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneI look at questions asked, mostly, rather than logins. A person who logs in and asks nothing is no use. Someone who asks three questions on three different days is hooked.
- Dana Whitaker NoneOkay. I'll tell them to ask real things rather than just look.
- Dana Whitaker NoneI should tell you about the invoices, since you flagged it last time.
- Hamza Akhtar NonePlease. I did pass it to Jordan, for what it's worth, and I know Jordan's been in touch with your finance team.
- Dana Whitaker NoneYes. So they're still not paid. Finance have said they're going through it. I pushed on it this week and I got a vague answer, to be honest. I think it's stuck in an approval step on our side, not anything to do with you.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneOkay. I'll be honest, it's out of my hands and I don't want to speak for Jordan. But thanks for chasing. Is there anything that would help your finance team? A copy of the order form, say?
- Dana Whitaker NonePossibly. I'll ask them. I'd rather they were paid before my boss spots them, to be blunt.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneUnderstood. I'll mention it to Jordan again this afternoon, so he can reach out directly if that's easier.
- Dana Whitaker NoneThat would be good. Thank you.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneRight. Do you want to see the dashboards builder? It's included in Growth and I don't think we've touched it yet. It's a nice thing to show your boss, because it's visual.
- Dana Whitaker NoneYes. He likes a chart. He doesn't like text.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThen this is for him. Hang on. So here you pick a question, say open tickets by building, and you can pin the answer as a tile. Then another tile, say renewals due this year. It refreshes overnight with everything else.
- Dana Whitaker NoneCan my analyst build these, or does it need you?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneShe can. It's point and click, nothing technical. I'd suggest we build one together in the pilot session so people see it done once. Then she owns it.
- Dana Whitaker NoneI like that. A dashboard I can send up the line every week without having to rebuild it by hand. That'd save her half a day, easily.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneRight, and that's a nice, concrete answer when someone asks what it's for.
- Dana Whitaker NoneOkay. Let me ask the question I keep circling. If we get to the end of next month and it's still, say, a handful of people, what then?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThen we'd have a proper conversation, and Elena would be part of it. I'd be asking what's stopping people: is it missing data, is it the wrong questions, is it that nobody has time? Those have different fixes. But I don't expect we'll be there, because you've got a real pilot group and the data's about to be complete.
- Dana Whitaker NoneMm. I mostly want to be able to tell my boss there's a plan with dates on it.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThen let's write it down properly. I'll send you a short note after this call: what's connected, what's been fixed, the pilot session on Tuesday and what we'll measure.
- Dana Whitaker NoneGreat. And please put the plain version of what we're paying for in there as well. Growth, forty users, fifty thousand a year. He asks about that more than he asks about anything.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneWill do. One line on what's included, one line on what's live.
- Dana Whitaker NoneThere's one other thing. A leasing lead asked me whether she can ask it about a specific tenant by name, and whether other people can see what she asked.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneShe can ask about a tenant by name, yes. As for who sees what, that follows the access you set in your own Snowflake account, so people only see what they're allowed to see there. Her questions aren't shown to other users by default.
- Dana Whitaker NoneGood. That was her main worry. She's a bit protective.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneI'll cover it in the session so everyone hears the same thing.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneOkay, let me do one more live one for you, because you'll want to know how it handles a vague question. Try me. Ask me something sloppy.
- Dana Whitaker NoneFine. Which tenants are unhappy?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneTyping it exactly like that. Let's see.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneSo it's asked itself what unhappy means. It's using repeat tickets and phrases on calls. It's a decent first pass, and it tells you how it decided. You can then refine, say, only the ones with a renewal this year.
- Dana Whitaker NoneRight, that's what a human would do. Take a guess and then narrow it.
- Hamza Akhtar NonePretty much. Though I'd always want your people to read the call, not just trust the summary.
- Dana Whitaker NoneAgreed. Okay, I think I'm in a better place than I was last week. I won't pretend I'm not still nervous about the quarter.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThat's fair. The next few weeks are what matter. If the pilot goes well, you've got something to show. If it doesn't, we'll know why.
- Dana Whitaker NoneOkay. So, what do you need from me before Tuesday?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneThree things. A list of the people in the pilot group, so I can make sure they have seats and the right access. A couple of real questions each of them would like to ask. And a reply from your finance team about the invoices, even if it's just a status.
- Dana Whitaker NoneI can do the first two today. The finance one I'll chase on Monday.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneAnd from me: contracts folder switched to skip the archive today, a check on Monday that it loaded, the note I mentioned, and the session plan. I'll also ask Elena to join the Tuesday session for the last fifteen minutes or so, if you're happy with that.
- Dana Whitaker NoneYes, please. It'd be good for the team to meet her.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneBrilliant. I think that's everything. Anything else on your mind before we finish?
- Dana Whitaker NoneNo, I think that's it. Thanks, Hamza. This was more reassuring than last time.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneGood, that's the aim. Have a decent weekend, and good luck with the cold car park.
- Dana Whitaker NoneHa, thank you. Speak Monday.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneSpeak Monday. Cheers, Dana.
