Current to 12 Oct 26First renewal call, 88 days before the Growth term renews at £50,000 against £45,000. Joost Verbeek will not talk renewal while BB-Demo's over-billed invoice and his service credit question are open. Ruben Smit from accounts payable attends.
Context: The executed order form sets Growth at £45,000 a year, £11,250 a quarter, but BB-Demo invoiced £12,500 a quarter. £5,000 is owed back and inv_003_004 is disputed and 65 days overdue. The records do not show a credit note issued.
Approach: Close the open items before any renewal talk. Elena Novak confirms the credit note and corrected invoice with Ruben Smit. She then gives the order form position: credits cover availability only, not freshness.
Approach, continued: Tom Ashdown explains the £50,000 figure as list price once the 10.0% first-term discount ends. He should have any goodwill agreed with Owen Tallis beforehand. Hold seat talk unless Joost opens it.
Watch for: inv_003_005 for £12,500, due 4 Nov 2026, could start a second dispute. Joost may push for a freshness remedy the order form does not give. Keep Annelies de Vries in mind for the 26 Oct 2026 call.
