Current to 11 Oct 26Scott Galbraith reported the CRM connector stopped syncing after working normally. Callie Brennan investigated; internal notes indicate likely rate limit or quota issue on customer side.
Problem: CRM connector had no new records for a couple of days despite the status showing as running normally.
Handling: Callie Brennan asked for error messages and sync history. Scott confirmed no visible errors. Callie escalated internally; data flow logs showed inbound requests stopping. Diagnosis: likely rate limit or quota issue at the customer's CRM.
Watch: This broke data freshness directly. The brain was not receiving fresh data even though the connector appeared to be running. This is a core value driver for the customer.

- public_reply · Callie Brennan 9 Feb 2024 10:47Hi Scott, just so I've got this right - no new records since a couple of days ago and the status shows running. Can you check the admin panel for any error messages under the connector details? Also, when did the last successful sync complete?
- public_reply · Scott Galbraith 9 Feb 2024 10:52No error messages that I can see. The status just shows as running normally, but the data clearly isn't refreshing.
- internal_note · Callie Brennan 9 Feb 2024 16:31Connector auth still valid. Data flow logs show inbound requests stopping a couple of days ago. Likely rate limit or quota issue on customer side. Need Ewan to check API health.
