Duplicate support ticket records with the same ticket IDs appeared in the brain, undermining dashboard accuracy. Olivia Grant asked for specific examples to investigate.

Data quality issue: duplicate records eroding customer confidence in brain data accuracy. Yara is proactively validating data post-import. Olivia asked for examples to diagnose root cause. Third data quality issue in this batch suggests recurring connector or import problem.

We're seeing duplicate ticket records in the brain. Some of our support tickets are appearing twice with the same ticket ID. This is making it hard to trust the numbers in our dashboards. Can you help us clean this up?

Hi Yara, thanks for letting us know. Can you send me an example of one of the duplicates, with the ticket IDs? That'll help me track down what's happening on our end. Thanks, Olivia.

B-Brain is one place to read everything the company knows about its customers: the CRM, calls, emails, support tickets, product usage, invoices, documents, news and HR. Every page is built from those systems and the data is current to Fri 9 Oct 2026.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.

BB-Demo is a fictional company: every organisation, person and figure here is invented for this demonstration. B-Brain is the tool that reads its data.
