Current to 11 Oct 26Dashboard showing all invoices took over a minute to load; Olivia suggested filtering by date range or splitting into separate dashboards to improve performance.
Kayleigh Roberts reported a specific dashboard displaying all invoice records was very slow to load, sometimes taking over a minute, while other dashboards performed normally. Olivia Grant diagnosed the issue as excessive record load and offered two solutions: add a date filter to limit scope to recent records such as last 90 days, or split into multiple dashboards. This is a dashboard optimization issue rather than a platform defect. Ticket solved 14 Jul 2026; first response 69 minutes.

- created · Kayleigh Roberts 7 Jul 2026 13:23When I load a dashboard that shows all our invoices, it's taking a very long time to display. Sometimes over a minute. It makes it hard to use the dashboard for quick lookups. The other dashboards seem fine though.
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 7 Jul 2026 14:32Hi Kayleigh, I can see which dashboard you mean. The issue is that it's trying to load a very large number of records. A couple of suggestions: you could add a filter to the dashboard to limit the date range, for example last 90 days instead of all time, or we could split it into two separate dashboards. That should speed things up. Try the filter first and let me know if it helps. Best, Olivia
