What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Stale data in dashboards blocking same-day distributor decision-making. Support identified MySQL connector timing out on nightly refresh for three consecutive runs; escalation to platform team required.
Problem: Teams seeing stale data; yesterday's activity not appearing in dashboards, critical for distributors making same-day decisions. Handling: Support identified MySQL connector timing out on sync; last three nightly refreshes failed to complete MySQL portion, blocking full pipeline. Configuration correct on BB-Demo side; likely database performance or network timeout on customer infrastructure. Watch: Data freshness is core to customer value. Escalation to platform team essential. If refresh cannot be restored, serious churn risk.

- public_reply · Olivia Grant 18 Sep 2026 21:30Hi Priscilla, thanks for flagging. I'm checking the logs. Can you tell me which systems are affected, is it everything or just certain data sources like Salesforce or Zendesk? And when did you first spot the staleness? That'll help me find where the refresh is stalling. Cheers, Olivia
- internal_note · Olivia Grant 21 Sep 2026 10:13Logs show the MySQL connector is timing out on sync. Last three nightly runs failed to complete the MySQL portion, blocking the full refresh. Configuration looks OK on our end. Likely a database query performance issue or network timeout on their infrastructure. Need Ewan.
- public_reply · Priscilla Bowen 21 Sep 2026 14:58The staleness is across both Salesforce and our internal database. It started two days ago. Our database team says they haven't made any changes. What's the next step to get this back on track?
