Current to 12 Oct 26Salesforce connector timed out during nightly refresh due to brief API availability issue. Olivia increased the timeout threshold and confirmed manual sync worked successfully.
Problem: Nightly refresh failed to complete Salesforce data load with timeout errors around 06:15. Handling: Olivia identified a brief Salesforce API availability issue, increased the timeout threshold for the instance, and tested manual sync successfully. Outcome: Connector recovered and should handle future API blips without failing.

- created · Tariq Saleem 11 Sep 2026 17:22Hi, we're not seeing the data from our Salesforce connector after last night's load. I've checked the load log and there are errors from around 06:15 this morning. Looks like the Salesforce API sync is timing out partway through the refresh. The rest of the connectors loaded fine, so it's just that one. I'm not sure if there's a known issue on the Salesforce side or if we need to adjust the timeout settings on our end. Can you check? Cheers, Tariq
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 11 Sep 2026 23:34Thanks for that detail. I've checked our logs and can see the timeout at 06:15 that you mentioned. Looks like your Salesforce instance had a brief API availability issue, and our connector hit the timeout waiting for a response. I've increased the timeout threshold for your instance to give it more time to handle those blips. I've also tested the sync manually and it completed successfully. Your next nightly refresh should go through without the same issue. Let me know if you see any further errors. Thanks, Olivia
