- created · Tariq Saleem 11 Mar 2026 12:06Hi, we're seeing some duplicate account records showing up in the brain. When I ran a search through the data this week, I found the same accounts appearing twice in the results. Both entries have identical names and details but they're indexed as separate records. Is this a known issue? How do we clean this up? Cheers, Tariq
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 11 Mar 2026 18:43Hi Tariq, thanks for flagging this. Can you give me more detail about which accounts are duplicating? I'll search our logs and see if I can reproduce it on our end. Thanks, Olivia
- public_reply · Tariq Saleem 13 Mar 2026 10:58Olivia, it's happening with several accounts from the North region. The duplicates appeared this week. I've had a look through the CRM side and the source data is clean, so something in the brain's indexing is creating the copies. Cheers, Tariq
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 16 Mar 2026 15:29Got it. I can see the duplicates now in the dashboard. This looks like a record matching issue where the same account was indexed twice instead of merging them. Let me escalate this to our engineering team. Should be able to clean this up. Thanks, Olivia
- public_reply · Tariq Saleem 16 Mar 2026 15:33Thanks, Olivia. Just let me know once you've confirmed they're showing correctly. We can verify from our end. Cheers, Tariq
