- created · Aoife Tuohy 31 Jul 2026 13:00Hi, I'm trying to set up a dashboard to show our policy renewal rates by month, but I'm not sure how to filter the data by the renewal status field. Can you walk me through the dashboard builder interface and show me how to add that filter? It's for a board-level report we're presenting next week, so I'd appreciate a quick response.
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 31 Jul 2026 20:53Hi Aoife, great question. The dashboard builder has a filter panel on the left side of the screen. Just so I've got this right, you want to filter the dashboard data by renewal status, yes? When you click the filter icon, you'll see a list of all available fields from your connected data sources. You should find the renewal status field there. Click on it and select the statuses you want to include. If you get stuck, just let me know which step isn't working. Cheers, Olivia
