Current to 11 Oct 26Josh asked whether slow query performance on large datasets was normal. Support explained performance varies with data volume; customer accepted the explanation.
Problem: Queries on large incident and contact datasets taking longer than expected. Handling: Support set expectation that performance scales with data volume. Customer indicated they can live with current speeds. Watch: This is healthy expectation-setting, not a problem. No service issue indicated.

- public_reply · Olivia Grant 12 May 2026 18:15Hi Josh, thanks for the question. Query times can vary depending on what you're searching for and how much data you're working with. Longer waits can be normal if you're searching across a large dataset. Can you tell me more about what you're searching for and roughly how many records you're querying?
- public_reply · Josh Fairburn 13 May 2026 13:21It's mainly searches across all incidents and contact records, so quite a lot of data. I can live with the speed for now. Just wanted to check it wasn't something we were doing wrong on our end!
