- created · Nathan Booth 6 Jan 2026 10:32Hi, our Salesforce connector seems to have stopped pulling fresh data. The last successful sync was earlier this week, and I'm not seeing any recent customer records or order updates. Have you seen issues like this before? Can you help us get it back online?
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 6 Jan 2026 12:18Hi Nathan, thanks for letting me know. I've picked this up. Can you check a couple of things for me: first, can you log into your Salesforce account and confirm the BB-Demo app still has the right permissions connected? Second, check if there are any error messages in the connector logs inside your BB-Demo account. Let me know what you find and we'll get it sorted. Thanks, Olivia
- public_reply · Nathan Booth 8 Jan 2026 12:12Hi Olivia, I've checked the connector settings and the Salesforce API key looks correct. I don't see any obvious errors in the logs, but there are some warnings about API rate limits. Could that be blocking us? Also, the connectors haven't picked up any fresh data for a couple of days. Should there be an alert system for when syncs fail? We rely on this data being fresh for our customer quality checks.
