Paul reported about half of last week's completed repairs appearing as duplicate records in exports, blocking dashboard reporting and preventing reports to leadership. Olivia reproduced the issue and escalated to the platform team.

Problem: About half of last week's completed repairs are appearing as separate duplicate records in exports. Paul is tracking every duplicate in a spreadsheet and cannot send reports to leadership. Handling: Olivia reproduced the issue and escalated to the platform team (Ewan) for root cause analysis. This is concurrent with ticket 007-0008.

Watch: Critical functionality is broken; leadership reporting is blocked. The concurrent issues suggest a systemic data pipeline problem affecting multiple connector flows.

Repairs duplication post-upgrade. Pipeline issue, likely ingestion or deduplication logic. Escalate to Ewan for root cause analysis.

Double-counted again. Repairs jobs appearing twice in the exports since the housing system upgrade. I'm tracking every duplicate, about half the jobs completed last week are showing as separate records. I've got a spreadsheet of all of them. This is breaking our dashboards and I can't send reports to leadership. Can you look into it?

Thanks for reporting this, Paul. I've reproduced the issue, repairs jobs from last week are definitely appearing as separate records in the exports. I'm escalating this to our platform team to investigate the data pipeline. Can you tell me what date range you're seeing the worst of it? That'll help us trace the records through the ingestion service and work out where the duplication is happening.
