Problem: Year-to-date board dashboards are timing out and the brain's figures do not reconcile with the housing system. Helen notes the board will question figures and source. Handling: Olivia worked through narrower date ranges which improved performance. Helen ran the full year query overnight and confirmed it was faster but the reconciliation discrepancy remained.

The board will ask where these figures come from and whether they reconcile to the housing management system. Which specific dashboards are slow, what date range are you querying, and is this a new problem?

The housing management system connector has indexed more records than it did before. Can you try running the query with a narrower date range to see if that's faster?
