Problem: Paul's repairs dashboard displayed only yesterday's data despite new jobs logged in the housing system that morning. Browser refresh and cache clear did not resolve it. Handling: Olivia investigated whether the issue was in the connector or nightly refresh schedule, asking Paul for details on missing repairs and error messages.
Watch: Data freshness is critical for daily operational reporting; this complaint pattern recurs in later tickets.

- created · Paul Rigby 22 May 2025 10:30I'm looking at the repairs dashboard this morning and it's not picking up today's data. The repairs team logged several new jobs in the housing system since yesterday but they're not appearing in the brain at all. I've checked our end, the housing system connector looks like it's running normally. I've tried refreshing the page and clearing my browser cache but the dashboard is still stuck showing yesterday's data. Is there an issue with the refresh schedule or the connector? What should I check on my end? Paul
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 22 May 2025 13:06Thanks Paul. The issue you're describing, your dashboard stuck on yesterday's data while today's repairs are logging successfully in the housing system, points to either the connector or the nightly refresh. Roughly how many new repairs should be showing that aren't? When you reload the page, do you see any error messages? I'll pull the connector logs and check the refresh history on our side to see what's happened. Olivia
