Jenna Price asked how to save searches for team reuse. Callie Brennan explained the saved search feature, showing how to save from the Search tab and share with the team.

Problem: Jenna asked a basic how-to question, suggesting the team is still onboarding and may not be aware of self-service features. Handling: Callie provided step-by-step guidance on saving searches, naming them, and sharing them with the team, pitching it as ideal for their placements pipeline. This is a sign of healthy adoption and feature discovery. Watch: basic how-to tickets from a new customer are healthy onboarding signals; if they stop, it may indicate either mastery or abandonment.

Sorry for the basic question – we're still finding our way with the system. Is there a way to save searches so the team can reuse them? We find ourselves running the same queries repeatedly. Thanks, Jenna

Hi Jenna, glad you asked – yes, saved searches are exactly what you need. Here's how: go to the Search tab, run your query, then click 'Save this search' at the top. Give it a name and choose if it's just for you or shared with your team. Once saved, it appears in your sidebar for quick access. Perfect for your placements pipeline. Let me know if you hit any snags. Thanks, Callie

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
